If you like disgusting food, bugs in your bed, no towels or shower gel etc this is the place for you. Otherwise as title says Avoid at all costs!!!! This must be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in (in the price range).

It was a cold day when I checked in. It has been a very good experience staying in this hotel. Staff was cooperative and polite. Food is equally good. I ordered paneer Tikka which was delicious. Sometimes the food takes like a year reach otherwise everything was remarkable.

location in business area spacious room with outer visitor area with sofa/ teapoy inner area with storage cupboards/large bedroom and bath room but overall impression is dusty ! there was a cockroach in the bathroom too !! very poor choice of breakfast

Room rate: 2000 (!) yeah! CHEAP, fifty paisa soap. caustic. (see pic) Stained bedsheets (see pic) No toilet paper; no fresh towel provided (see pic) TV wasn't working - some connectivity issue. Wi-Fi was pathetic. it took me 30 mins to just check e-mail. Room service was very poor. They called me 3 times just to understand my order. After that, overall wait time from order to eat was 2 hours! Morning tea was promised to me at 6am, but it was delivered at 7:30, when I had to leave the hotel. This is not good value for money. Stay of they give it for 600-650 Indian rupees. not worth more than that.

Without being very rude or judgemental, I stayed here for one night on 29 May 16 and following can be said:- (a) Location of the hotel is good and booking over the phone was confirmed. (b) Duty staff was courteous and prompt (c) Wifi was little dwindling but can be graded 6/10. (d) NO COMPLIMENTARY WATER BOTTLE IS PROVIDED. This speaks poor hospitality. (e) Dirty linen and bed sheets. These are least expected when u r shelling INR2500. (f) Even telephone cradle was dirty. At the time of checkin entire floor was being cleaned. It gave a shabby appearance. (g) Food ordered to room was just ok but overtly priced. (h) The Stay is not recommended and is not worth the money.
