The rooms are very clean and well furnished. The bathroom was Very clean, had all the shampoos, moisturizers, shower caps etc.

Hotel rooms are nice. The location is though little too far off for people coming to chandigarh. The food was very good, but room service is exhorbitantly costly.

The Pride KC Hotel & Spa rooms have a awesome view of Hills and Golf course.Its a hotel with all amenities with quality. The staff is courteous and generous . The rooms are nicely decorated and clean.

Great hotel to stay in. We were in Panchkula for a wedding and spent 3 nights in the hotel. The rooms were of good size, clean and what ever required was available. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. They even drew a map for us when we wanted to drive to new places in the city. Good breakfast as well. Only negative was : we asked for safety pins and they sent us ear buds....I still do not know the connection between the other words when you ask for something on the phone just make sure you ask them to repeat what you asked all good.

We visited this hotel for just for a night stay, and our experience was really terrible. I am listing the issues that I faced. 1. The toilet was unclean and had a lingering smell of smoke, I had requested for a non smoking room. 2. Kettle was unclean 3. Taps had stain marks 4. Curtains could not be closed completely, and there were flood lights in front of the windows. 5. Carpet was torn 6. TV had stains on the front panel 7. No Dustbin in the bathroom. 8. Light in the closed could not be switched off. Since I had reached only at 1 am, and we were very tired, we did not have the energy to change the room, but the horrors kept unfolding one after another. Overall we could hardly sleep and it was one of the worst stay in a hotel. If it were a 2/3 star hotel, I would have probably tolerated it, but this was a Holiday Inn. Never expected such low maintenance standards. Before leaving the hotel, I told the front office manager that the General Manager should contact me, but I never got a call.

The holiday inn at panchkula is a nice enough property about 40 minutes away from chandigarh airport. There is nothing to do in the immediate surroundings but the hotel does have its own bar. The rooms are about average size with what I consider above average sized bathrooms. The bathrooms have a see through glass opening into the bedroom which is either weird or funky depending on how you want to look at it. There is a switch operated drape which can get annoying to repeated put up and down. Standard room furniture - an armchair, dresser, nightstands etc. along with a fridge which never got cold and was practically useless. Now the reason for this 3 star review is although the basics and set up are not bad, the details are very severely lacking. If you wanted anything from the front desk or room service you had to call repeatedly before someone got you what you wanted. Sometimes even after repeated attempts and assurances from the person on the phone, the request remained unattended to. Also a lot of things such as the fridge and some outlets in the room just did not work. We were part of a large wedding party and the service in general over the 3 days we stayed here was lackadaisical. Similar situation at the breakfast buffet where one had to ask for tea/coffee multiple times before it showed up, if at all it did. A special mention though to Girish who seemed to be the only employee who was prompt and very helpful. Another special mention for the food which was extremely good. The place has an equal share of pros and cons and I think your experience here will vary greatly depending on what you are looking for during your stay.

All in all i was very satisfied with the stay in this hotel.the rooms were cleaned.also the food n service was best n the buffet offered vry good variety..Niranjana thakur best Co operated us..I was surely visit this hotel.

The highlight of this hotel is the courteous staff that goes out of its way to make your stay a memorable one. On our trip, Sudhanshu at the reception was particularly helpful and provide useful information for us including booking a car for day sightseeing and drop off to the station. The food and hospitality at this property is also excellent.
