Best Hospitality Best Hospitality

The moment I entered the resort, feel good factor started and it stayed with me even after leaving the place. Best hospitality that I had ever experienced. It is more then home away from home. Jungle walking tour, night safari tour were different experience. Even Panna safari with Taj Safari naturalist was excellent experience. My birthday surprise by them was icing on the cake. We had a wonderful time for 2 nights stay & I am sure, good memory of Pashan Garh will stay with us forever.

Pashan Garh in Panna - Great Wilderness Destination Pashan Garh in Panna - Great Wilderness Destination

by RajeevDeRoy on February 3, 2017

A 40 minute drive from the Panna Tiger Reserve, the lodge is situated within the buffer area of Panna National Park in a 200 acre property of its own. The stone lodges are wonderfully spacious, with a large verandah attached and equally huge bathroom. The staff are absolutely wonderful, and a very special mention must go for DHARAM, our 'personal butler', whose customer service orientation is close to perfect. The Taj Safaris lodge attains the high standards set by their partner, &beyond (originally CC Africa). Food is of acceptable quality, but the variety of venues they choose to serve meals is the standout feature -- the deck adjoining their dining room, a shady corner beside the swimming pool, a table for two atop their spa, and the beautifully set up candle and lantern-lit private verandah attached to the room. If you're doing the wildlife circuit in central India, this should definitely be on your itinerary.

Exquisite Indian cuisine and hospitality Exquisite Indian cuisine and hospitality

The personal service we received at this beautiful lodge was exceptional. The room was well equipped, roomy and extremely comfortable. The safari experience was beyond our expectation and we had sightings of tiger, leopard, wild dog, and 4 horned antelope. Any one of these would have been a bonus but all 4.......!!! Our experience was enhanced by our personal naturalist who treated all animals as if they were special and each had their own unique story. We didn't just "chase the tiger". Although the park was a 45min drive away it was quiet and you had the feeling that you were all alone. But the standout feature of this property was the food. The Chef and all his assistants were in love with food and it showed in their cooking. We have never had Indian food as good. It makes the fare back home seem very ordinary. The personal service from our butler just put the icing on the cake. Thanks to all the staff for a truly memorable stay.

Different Indian Experience Different Indian Experience

Its a very long way to go for possible tiger sighting. Perhaps the best way is to connect with a flight to Khajuraho but flights there are limited The best beds in India and quite a different aspect of India in case you're over the crowded cities Wonderful staff and take advantage of the cooking lesson

Fantastic infrastructure (worth the high cost), Great Service...... but no luck if you fall ill Fantastic infrastructure (worth the high cost), Great Service...... but no luck if you fall ill

by Uttarakhandi on January 28, 2017

Where to start.... We had quite an eventful visit here. The first impressions were fantastic. You go through the driveway a.k.a. a forest and by the time you reach the buildings, you are already in love with the place. The welcome is very pleasant.... with some excellent support staff taking care of all your individual needs. The infrastructure is superb and the hotel photos are true to their images. The safaris are also well planned with the personal naturalist willing to customize the safari as per your needs (without breaking any laws of the forest!). The only negative I can say would be in a special case where someone falls ill which, unfortunately, we had to undergo. They are not prepared for such an eventuality, despite being very nice and courteous and wanting to be helpful. They did their best in helping us find a doctor in the town, but the town does not have a single private clinic, which means you are at the mercy of the government hospital, which, while having good staff, is not the place where you go to get rid of an infection.... rather the opposite! So the negative is actually that..... considering the lack of medical facilities in the nearby town, the hotel should have a good plan. Even this negative was turned around by the management by trying to make up for it in a big way. Efforts appreciated immensely. And trust us, we do want to come back and visit them again (once we save up for it :-))!

Demo Trip I stayed in cottage no 10, I think all cottages are good, but I think cottages 9, 10, 11, 12 must be best located.

Demo Trip Try to get a room closer to the main block if you want service person to come fast. But then you may not want ppl to come at all....

by Uttarakhandi on January 27, 2017

Demo Trip We were told all cottages are designed exactly the same. There are 12.

Demo Trip might want to request to be close to the center for walking at night, particularly if you have any disability.
