This is one of the most pathetic hotel I have ever been. If you are checking in early, the staff will be sleeping and you have to knock the shutter to open up. It is you who have to carry the luggage to your room. The refrigerator in the room kept OFF to save the power which was stinking like hell. The whole room was stinking due to moisture. In fact if you are staying on first day of month, You will not be able to use TV as they are not bothered to recharge their Tata Sky. Forget about the WiFI password, More poor thing about this hotel is, they actually con you be using word free breakfast. They do just give you one yuk south Indian dish, boiled egg & poorly kept fruits cut mixture in same bowl. No arrangement of coffee etc there. And worst part of it is they have just one waiter over there who is damn arrogant and will respond like "Toast your bread by own, its not my duty". Further, they are not responsible if u don't know how to use toaster. Even if you complaint at reception, They will say, Sorry we can't help. VINAMRA is basically not VINAMRA. Real arrogant staff with poor services. They charge high like an three star hotel and don't actually know initials of hospitality.

We were a group of 9 pax travelling from Punjab to Mumbai and then to lonavala. Since, we made last minute bookings, most of the hotels in Lonavala were occupied. Going by the pictures and reviews, we found it decent enough for staying for 1 night. The hotel property is new, and is very good. The rooms and beddings were neat and clean. However, the service is not upto the mark. The free breakfast served looked quite unhygienic. But since we paid very less for this hotel (Rs. 1200 for 1 night, including breakfast for 2 ppl), it was a great deal. I hope they put a little more effort towards their service and quality of food they serve.

I booked a room through OYO,for 3 and was given a small cramped space.After the mattress was laid one could barely move in the room.Basic amenities like tea maker was not available.Breakfast spread was - Idli/Utappa/Bread Toast/Corn flakes.And we had to wait for 10-15 minutes as the replenishment was dead slow.Oyo should check all this before bringing such hotels on board.Food from Malvan Tadka was slightly costly but good. Not recommended!

We stayed here for 3 days. Good rooms. Clean & comfortable.. Staff was also cooperative. Hotel is linked to oyo.. so d criteria of oyo is all well satisfied. We had water problem in the room but once the receptionist was informed it was tackled within an hour. Overall a decent stay in panvel

Most comfortable and luxurious rooms in Mumbay for this price range.Very caring staff.Superb breakfast and laundry services.The price range should be increased for the room to atleast Rs 3500 if not beyond.Lovely"Vinamra" people.Very close to Panvel railway station and bus stand.
