Housekeeping was not proper. The hotel was under renovation. Paint and other things were lying here and there. There is no lift system. Room and Bathroom were not proper clean. Room service was very poor. No room heater had been provide. Ask for extra amount for room heater.

Dear sir, the stairs are very steep and the design of the room is uncomfortable for keeping cloths .TV is placed at height so one can not see. size is also small. location is good. Management can improve the set-up. MANAGER WAS VERY CORDIAL AND HELPED US IN GETTING A GOOD CAR TO GO TO DHARMSHALA.thanks-A.K.PRASAD

Just next to bus stand was advantage ..rooms were not so great not maintao well toiletries not sufficient hot water is always available n good enough bathrooms not in good shape ... Ac efficent but no internet or wifif advance payment of 1000 bucks reqd no bill provided

Racist Owner/Manager Tried staying here in August on the 19th with my Fiance, however because he is Indian and I am non-Indian we were told we needed to book two rooms. Not sure if it was an attempt to add a 'foreigner tax' on top of the fixed price rooms, he thought I was a prostitute or if the manager is a member of the morality police. We were also refused a room at the newer sister hotel closer to the bus stand owned by the same man. Was a big inconvenience as it was late and our bus was not due for anOther 12 hours. I have never encountered this in my 12 months living and travelling in India.

Location is convenient, as it is located next to the Bus-Station. Rates are high compared to hotels in Dalhousie. Rooms are just ok. Cancellation of booking even four days in advance forfeits your full booking amount; this is not the normal practice in most hotels.
