Cons- 1. No lift. If you get room on 2nd level, only staircase. Not suggested for old aged and children. 2. Restaurant- Heavily oily food, greedy waiters.they do not what is Jain food. If you say bill is to be paid with room, waiter demanded 100/- tip extra. No logic to us. 3. Buffet breakfast - oily Aloo pure called as Hing kachori is served. Everything else is chargable. 4. If you book through travel site like goibibo check out is 12 noon sharp. Any delay is chargeable; else check out is 24 through direct booking is front facing and ventilated but thru travel site worst room with no ventilation is given. I donot understand if they do not want guests through online portal as to why they are accepting guests. Travel portals must definitely check this hotel independently. 5. At Reception, some fat guy calling himself as manager is literally SHAMELESS and ARROGANT. Cares Damn to customer satisfaction. 6. Guest entry to hotel after 10.30 pm is prohibited as the security guard looks down the entry. 7. Hotel owners give deaf ear to complaints made. Pros- nothing to find except for location. Recommendation- if this is last hotel in Patna, then only take it

This is one of the old hotels in patna and looks like a traditional hotel. The location is best part as it is in frazer road, very near to Patna Junctiona and have easy connectivity with Airport too. Its close to gandhi maidan too. the service is good and staff are always there to help you. The restaurant at ground floor is awesome and serves good taste to mouth.

We stayed at this hotel in patna and is easily one of my worst experiences ever. .We checked at 11 pm at night ..the reception and they confirmed 24 hours check out. .next day when we generally enquired about the check out time at 12 noon they said since we had booked it through ibibo the check out time was 12 noon ..then we said we wanted to talk to the person at reception who had confirmed 24 hours check out. .At this the person took my no and said that the person last night had exam and couldn't pick the calls now he would talk to him and confirm at 4 pm. 4 pm the hotel guys misbehaved and said that they would only accept 12 noon check out and that since it was 4 pm..We would have to pay for next day as well. ..things didn't end here ...they sent the food bill at 8 pm and wanted the payment immediately. .We said we will pay in some time..but they kept calling up in our room and kept demanding for the payment immediately ...nightmare this experience is. .

The Malai Kofta is strongly recommended. Good food and decent service. The ambience is average. But it seems like a nice and popular restuarant for regular Indian food in Patna. The dal tadka was quite different from the regular fare served. Panzer chilly dry is also recommended.

I just went for a lunch...and found it to be a good place in Patna. Food is good, taste is much better as compared to some other places in Patna. Service is a bit slow; but good food makes up for that.
