This is an incomplete hotel( not more than ***). Location: Inside a Shopping Mall far away from City Center. located on the 4th Floor of the Mall. There was no one to carry my luggage to the hotel. With so much pains I carried my luggage to the 4th floor Price: Overpriced. Amenities: Basic No Buffet Breakfast( Room only)staff: Friendly. Lot of improvement is required to be named a HOTEL. Rooms: Small (there are no windows or any source of natural light to enter the room. The ventilation is pathetic. I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel to any traveler who wants to stay in Patna.

Had a 1 night stay. Hotel is located on the 4th floor and up of the mall. There was no noise problems from the mall. Room was spacious. Slight musty smell noted most likely due to air conditioner being off for a while. Room was clean. Linen was clean. Bathroom and amenities were good. Breakfast buffet was good.

Rooms are very good and neatly managed and very near to mall. Within the mall and helps in getting full entertainment for the entire day. Food for south Indians difficult but for North Indians, the hotels is very good and reasonable.

We visited Patna for a family wedding and we stayed at hotel Vijayatej clarks inn, patna, Bihar. it was group booking excess of 25 rooms.Location is excellent... Beautiful rooms and was a good and comfortable stay at this hotel which will gives you a great experiences of visiting the place.

I visited here last months and I choose this hotel because it placed in P & M mall, so we have not to go for shopping, watching movie anywhere.. And other thing for this hotel is excellent service,rooms were neat & clean and meels were also soo delicious....

I arrived at 2am. I woke up the reception guy. That was my mistake. His hate + anger was evident. I checked into the room. The room has NO WINDOWS. BREAKFAST -4.5/5 (professionals ) The hotel is inside the mall. So you step out to mall. The next day at 11:20 in the night the reception guy called me up said sir you have your booking for one person for this day. Voila he found a mistake. (I extended my stay for one day and mistakenly booked a double room with one person ) I was asked to shell out a 1000 bucks for another person. It was a room with a double bed. No extra beds nothing but no I must pay 1000 bucks as I had woken him up the last night. Went to the reception. He had such a shine in his eyes... So happy to see me pay more. I asked for the manager. Manager was a pretty professional guy and understood the situation .. asked for 350 bucks extra only and with breakfast 500 bucks. I gave the reception guy 500 bucks( still awaiting the reciept) . The reception guy is not suitable for hospitality industry. Here requires severe training or expulsion. 5/5 for manager for acting professional. Next morning I called up the reception and asked them to keep my bills ready as I had to leave for a meeting. I was assured that my bills were ready .Had the amazing breakfast. I reaced the reception at 9:40 .. nobody was there Except for a bell boy. He said sir is coming.. he is on his way. The night shift guy did an amazing job he purposely didn't bill me for god knows what reasons.. hope he is happy with his life. He is the worst front face to be employed. I was made to wait 15 minutes . Then comes the morning shift reception guy. Pretty professional and fast. The chap you wanna see at front desk . Checked the log for dues and I gave him my card for emailing me the 500 bucks bill. Room service has full access to your room. As soon as you will step out of your room it will be cleaned , your room will be opened ..WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSON!! Overall Management should do something about the auto cleaning of the rooms . I guess as per patna standards it is great. I wanted to fill the feedback., but a Feedback form of a guest was lying there in my room so I didn't bother. Rooms:2/5 Food : 4/5 Bathrooms 4/5 Linen: clean Room service : fast Was greeted with a smile: hell NO. Pretty unsafe rooms as they will be opened without your permission.
