The room was nice but when I went to bathroom,i had a terrible electrical shock. Even water in basin gave a shock. Had to wait for hot water also. he checked the room in night and no alectrician availabl. We had to change the the room. As one more person came with us we had booked another room on spot. It was quit chill and at night 11:30 pm power went off. No generator nor hot thing was in room. HAd to face a very bad cold. Had requested to give wakeup call at 5 am as had to go for safari no wakeup call given not bed Tea was served. When went to bathroom early in the morning at 5am there was no water. Oh God after using toilet if no water is there imagine. No water to brush teath. Had a very bad experience and complianed at counter. They have refunded the additional room rent that we paid on spot. They Have asked us to get refund from you as we had booked one room accomodation through you. I request you to kindly refund the amount Rs. 3988/- Invoice No.: DVTG/2014-15/00379549 to my credit card. With best regards Dr. Vedavati G. Puranik

Demo Trip Cottage # 10 is farthest, quietest. All the 10 cottages are well placed & good.
