My travel agency provided this room for a stay as part of delhi+shimla+manali tour. It was given to me since it is near highway but we have to travel 30km extra to reach this place. Room service was pathetic. The food options were limited, not much of taste. It is better to find other hotel.

Stayed here for 2 nights in a group and hotel manager's behaviour was so rude with everyone. he doesn't know how to deal with the guest. After a short trip when we entered in the hotel and we normally asked for the lunch but the staff and the manager without check replied how many times you need lunch and that so rude he was shouting on us. when we said Sir please calm down and then speak he said he will talk like this only. Even they did not served the lunch and then dinner was so pathetic and salty water. very bad life experience. i will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stayed here for 1 night to catch delhi shatabdi which starts around 6AM from kalka station. Kalka station is 3 km from the location & seemed like the (only) decent hotel in the vicinity. Nothing home to write about. The manager is not polite & seems grumpy. Ordered room service dinner & got couple of calls to inform the dishes informed was not available. Even took liberty deliver different dishes than what was ordered. Food not up to the mark. Note that the hotel also has a celebration area & in our case there was disturbance late in the night with loud music & commotion. Biggest disappointment - was travelling with my 3 yr old & wife & had to catch the train early morning. On checking with the manager was informed that you would not get a taxi for close distances (fair) but he specifically declined any help to get an auto right outside the hotel for us. Had to stand on the road myself at 5 AM with my kid & wife to get the transport. A big thumbs down on experience here. Advice to people who want to catch early morning trains from here would be to either get a room in chandigarh (with better options) & board from the station there or look for other options (do have more hotels closer to kalka station). Would surely not want to visit this hotel again & advice to stay away.

the best part being the location as it was easily approachable and very near to main attractions.. the staff is very cooperative...the rooms were clean and spacious... a nice place and surety of nice stay

Hotel location is good and rooms is also good. Last fourteen years we are stay in HOTEL CLASSIC RESIDENCY report is very good. Hotel food and hotel staff is very good and all staff is very cooperative. My best wishes with this hotel and hotel staff.
