Hotel is good. The service needs some imrovement. Asked for extra bed which was never provided despite repeated reminders.

The hotel is probably one of the best options for a stay inside the city. It's close to JIPMER, the Chennai highway, and the Bangalore highway. What makes it very attractive is the room rate. I paid about 3400 for a double occupancy room. This is very good for a five starred hotel. Other similar hotels in Pondy are much higher priced. The hotel itself is decent. Rooms are good and spacious. The hotel staff has some weird quirks that makes them behave odd at times. They could do with a bit more flexibility, improvement in guest care, and professionalism. I think they have just the one restaurant right now. It's decent, but not very good. A la carte options are limited. They (for some weird reason) refuse to a la carte for lunch. However, overall, I would recommend the hotel since it's very good for it's price range, and is new and well decored.

As i stayed in the month of May-2014 . the whether of pondy is very hot . But service given by hotel is very good. hotel staff in well trained . food quality is excellent. hotel is in middle of pondy and having easy to access.

I had weekend leisure trip to Puducherry& booked a Delux room for my family through travelguru.My family enjoyed the stay.Excellent food,nice&clean room.Spacious toilet&bathrooms with tub&all toiletries provided.Service was prompt and good.Children enjoyed the pool eventhough its small.Centrally located,easy to reach. I recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Puducherry.

It's a new hotel. Should improve on Room Service, the only benefit of doubt can give here is that the hotel was fully packed during new years and that could have resulted in delays and misses. It��s the only 5 star hotel in Pondicherry, but its worthy of only a 4 star. Our stay was comfortable.

I stayed in the suite which was very comfortable and clean. I had personalised service where my room was always tailored to what i wanted. I could call for assistance anytime and someone would attend to me. The people working there were excellent and helpful. I would like to especially point out Kalai who went all out to help me when i needed and the GM who was so friendly and accommodating. The other staff were also great even in the restaurant and the meeting rooms. Definitely one of the best service i have experienced. Personal and fast! Hotel is definitely highly recommended given the fact that its also in the middle of everything.

Hello Hotel overview chord!.!.! Bedroom I got a room and the room has a large bed large + small table and Chair + Ottoman round the room including a small fridge Kettle cups of tea and sugar. And the wardrobe provides 2 water bottles!.!.! Equipped with 2 shower towels, face towels, body 2 2 hand towels too little care products like shampoo, shampoo and conditioner body The bedroom furniture in the room very old carpet was dirty with stains from previous guests that might no longer fall over while not replaced the anvils in the room until I went over to the desk and asked to replace my sheets I wish to indicate that green note that allows the visitor to know hadranim want to change the sheets when the note on the bed Replace the sheets when he sits on the side of the bed, the guest wants to replace his sheets about the note in my room was not relevant just didn't treat hadranim him where he's really old body towels and some were dirty with mini spots!.!.! Dining room-the food is intended mostly to locals in the audience who loves style of spicy foods, especially I personally didn't fit dining style {like spicy} most of the food was cold most pots were without heating. The station crew strokes function in Fringe-fingered Lizard was the morning I asked from the strokes about the omelette I waited 10 minutes when I went straight to the kitchen gave me the packet when I arrived at the table and started to eat it's not seen a request from panic he gave me a shot of something else. Every evening I ate in the dining room in a fixed amount in total dinner last night was higher than I was paying went the next morning to the front service team with the problem and they told me they will reply and give me an answer. The same day we would have to leave the hotel, we went downstairs to make payment on our stay the receptionist started to arrange the first payment first with after finishing the account and paying the local man came to counter the receptionist right approached him and stopped taking his son and began to serve as the receptionist. The front had given him a hotel room we looked overwhelmed with shame how the receptionist is leaving us in the procedure and something else also answer for dinner of course not we. I hope that's not the way the hotel!.!.! Directs the staff to disparage and humiliate his guests I have been to many hotels worldwide contemptuous and degrading since. receptionist with a behavior should not be procured at great expense, especially people they server contacts the hotel and gain humiliation and degrading. This hotel has been invited by the company where I work and I didn't have a choice Dear friends, you have a choice to the kind of hotel you want to stay and be treated fair Thank you

This hotel was a great choice for us in Puducherry. My wife had advised the hotel, in advance, of my forthcoming birthday and we were made to feel extremely welcome. Our room was nicely decorated (balloons; towel-folded swans and rose petals in the bath water) there was a fruit platter and a cake. Management came to welcome us; offer me their good wishes and to check that everything was okay. It could not have been more pleasant. Our room (333) over-looked a small shaded pool, way-dSown below, out to a back-of-city view. Some of our group with rooms over-looking a very busy road junction complained of traffic noise, but those of us inside had no problem with this issue at all. Room fittings were modern with a king bed and (just) sufficient storage space. Tea / coffee facilities and a wide screen television with many channels, including English news and movies. Toilet flushing was a problem! But otherwise the bathroom was in good order. All was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The housekeeping staff were all friendly and helped make our stay enjoyable. The small pool, with childrens area, was indeed surrounded by high walls and offered only limited sun areas. The small number of loungers were of top quality. Obtaining pool towels was an issue for us with two requests bringing nothing. It was not until I stood for a third attempt in front of the reception desk, dripping with water after my delayed bathe that towels quickly came! Restaurant staff were very caring and tried hard. At breakfast there was a show-cooking station providing the usual requests with only one frying pan the provision was somewhat slow! The buffet food options (breakfast and dinner) was, of course, to mostly local taste but something for everyone. The location for this Accord hotel is on the city edge with extremely busy roads and un-kept pathing so transport is needed on any venture out but it is very cheap. All-in-all an excellent choice and, any return to the area will see us re-booking.

The hotel is located towards the centre of Puducherry at a busy roundabout junction. All staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and well furnished but did not have the wow factor other rooms in India have had. I suppose it could be defined as a good standard city hotel.

What started as a pleasure ended in disgust ,,, the staff pretends to be new and not knowing the language is an excuse to be well debated ,,, a hospitality sector needs 3 basic languages , English, Hindi and their regional tamil but here even if they know their behaviour is extremely annoying,,,, the room was good but bathroom needs attention, drains were blocked and the room keeping service is pathetic,,,, they allot rooms randomly and allthe rooms adjacent to us was given to school kids and the ruckus they created lost the remaining silence and peace , the teachers also along with kids were so loud disturbing and now about the buffet breakfast menu ,, its elaborate but not good at taste, some dishes doesn't have proper salt ,,, once the table is done they are slow in replacing the cutlery ,,, buffet items go empty and they don't replenish it despite with in time limits,,,, service is slow and bugging ,,,,, the menu is repeated every alternate day , my stay of 3 days saw the same menu twice ,,, for the price charged their services need a lot of improvement,,,,, I would never recommend this hotel to friends,,,, room service is also shabby ,,, the administration need to work on all aspects, the only plus seemed to me was the lady staff was courteous and aptitude to work was seen
