This is Best stay so far i found in pondicherry in affordable prices. You will even get good discont from booking through travelgurgu. Staff is good. Breakfast have many varities and even u can surf internet there without any cost.

The location of the hotel was good. The check-in process and the ambiance was also good. The point that upset us was the quality of the room. The AC in the room was so small that it took the whole night to cool the room. The ceiling fan was also not working properly. We had to spend the whole night in a warm room though it was fitted with an AC. The morning was good, thanks to the drop in the outside temperature during the night.

This hotel is excellent for business as well as family stay. But it is far from Bus stand - about 6 km I came from Chennai and had to bargain with autos. They asked Rs.200 but finally came for Rs.130. Otherwise, this hotel is really good. They have a restaurant which serves both Veg and non-veg food. Price is not cheap but worth for what you get. You are also provided with electric kettle in the room with free sachets of sugar, tea, coffee and creamer. Location: It is located next to a canal that is dirty. But bcoz you have a/c rooms, you do not get smell or mosquitoes. There are no other restauarants nearby upto 3 km. They also have a bar which offers 10% discount. Overall, it is really worth for the money you spend.

Staffs behavior and hospitality was excellent, quality of food cleanliness of the room was good,only thing is water in the bathroom is a bit salty and probably ginger is the best budget hotel all over pondycherry
