First I will transferred to MASS as no room is vacant in ginger. Like other hotels it has some good points and also some bad points. 1. It thinks every visitor is like a foreigner, and has lots of money in their pocket. So they charge around 3 times from the base value + service and vat in all accessories including food. 2. Good thing as they give good service in complementary breakfast. 3. Some of the reception guys behave normally some are rude and even if they know you have some doubts. But from the travel guru point of view there must be some calls whether the guest is placed properly or not. No call i get it from travel guru regarding the problems and all. Overall its a bad experience with travelguru at the end.
