It is in the center of the city. Our room was well equipped with all the necessities. Staff did their work honestly. The food quality was also very good in taste. It is good value for money.

Location was wonderful. The room alloted to us was fabulous with all the basic amenities. The breakfast was superb in taste of the restaurant. Not happy with the service as they were average. This hotel is basically for a business traveler.

This hotel is good if you prefer a stay near the main bus stand. The hotel has a restaurant at the ground floor with pretty decent food, but I found it expensive. Room service isn't great. I had booked this hotel with some major discounts and so I wouldn't regret my stay here. But it's not worth spending more than 2k per day for a room in this hotel.

The once very famous and popular hotel has really deteriorated beyond recovery. Stayed there for a couple of days recently and was appalled at the state of affairs. The staff are absolutely clueless about their tasks. There is no one to take your luggage up to your rooms when you check in. The lift does not work and the staff have to ask someone to go up five flights of stairs to bring it down each time. One could see senior citizens really struggling to get to their rooms. Breakfast though part of the room is served in a restaurant nearby and it is really no choice. Just one mini tiffin for everyone. That restaurant is so unclean that you really cringe to eat there. When I ordered room service, I was told some vegetables had gone bad, which really made me skip dinner. The only good thing about the hotel is that you can just walk out of the bus stand into the hotel and also book the airconditioned PRTC bus quite easily for the return which is comfortable and convenient. Otherwise, please avoid staying here at any cost.

The Hotel is average , as we had booked through online got good discount ,but it is not good for the discounted rate. you may get good hotels in pondi for the same rates. only advantage is it is near Bus stand . staff are non cooperative

We took a room nearly 7 months back . Paying around 3000 bucks per day, it was a complete waste of money. The hotel is having an average outside appearance but inside it looks like a cheap lodge. The room which they have provided initially was filled with cigarette smoke smell . After some arguments they changed the room and gave an another one which has some issue with AC and was making some sound the whole day that were not able to sleep properly. The toilets just stinks and i really dunno why they have kept a bathtub which is not working . The towels , floors , staffs attitude just everything was worse . Really staying at Mass was the worst part of our vacation .

This hotel is okay for staying..But A/C was almost in not working mode but not sure only for our room or in same for all room. Though there was T.V. but it was just like a box. Room ambience is good.Very near to bus stand but need to take share auto by INR. 5 for reaching beach side.
