The helpdesk and the staff are very decent and helpfull. Likes: -- very near to bus stand, no need to take auto or anything. --morning breakfast was good with lots of varities --Staffs are decent and polite --room service was quick and awesome, i ordered ice cubes at night 1.30 it came within 2 mins :o) -- Rooms are calm no disturbance overall had a very good exp

The room was very bad and the manner in which the hotel staff treated us was despicable. This hotel is not recommended for the decent traveler. Stay away.

The room was decent with a flat screen TV and a fridge. Clean though small bathroom. The breakfast was horrible, we went for it at 9am and by then there were no breads, no eggs and sausages were there few in number which were taken away clandestinely. The restaurant itself was too small with people waiting to seat whenever someones gets up. Over all, bad experience. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room was not so great in looking as the interiors were of old style and the flooring was also not so clean and neat. Staff were quick and prompt in their service. Breakfast was superb in taste. The location was wonderful near the hotel.

The room was very old and interior was outdated. The ambiance was not so great either. The staff was attentive and food was fresh and tasteful. The location was far away from the city so it was not a concern at all. I will rate this hotel as an average one.

Had to book it after many hotels were out of rooms due to an extended weekend and ours was planned a little late. Room service was below expectations (that was already set low after overall condition of hotel). Even after discounting for ground staff not knowing English, it was just pathetic that manager had communication problem with them after communicating with us in English. The restaurant in hotel was just okay, nothing great about it. We just had complimentary breakfast there while had other meals in the restaurant in the adjoining building. Rooms were cleanish, furniture needed an upgrade and bathrooms needed a revamp! Corridors were not a pleasant place to walk around

Apart from the location of the hotel which is a stone throw distance from the bus stand, everything else is below average.. No travel desk, bad breakfast buffet, horrible bathrooms, bad in room dining menu, bad for family, All in all very bad experience

Being quite close to Pondy main bus terminus, it one wants to relax immediately, this hotel is a choice. Rooms are quite large with good bathrooms. For a vegetarian there are two good restaurants quite adjacent to this. Reasonably priced rooms...one can get a good discount upon bargaining. Property should be 30+ years, not maintained to the best, but cant be termed as bad.

never ever book the room. it like a roadside platform. i want to spit after remembering the hotel. bad smell in the room. all leakage fittings. floors are dirty and sticky. bed sheet are giving bad smell

This hotel is not worth of Money at all. In all sense. I will never suggest to any one even if they provide you the accomodation free of cost. I stayed in the hotel with my family very recently (Dec 2016) and paid ~3000 per night. Some observations. 1. They do not do house keeping daily, no change of towel and bed sheet 2. No options for the food we like (esp. veg food is not available) 3. Staffs will not pick your calls 4. Hotel contact numbers are not working
