It is in the center of the city. Our room was well equipped with all the necessities. Staff did their work honestly. The food quality was also very good in taste. It is good value for money.
Location was wonderful. The room alloted to us was fabulous with all the basic amenities. The breakfast was superb in taste of the restaurant. Not happy with the service as they were average. This hotel is basically for a business traveler.
Staying at Mass was a pleasant experience. Rooms are clean and neat .My only disappointment as far as rooms are concerned is lack of ventilation . Once you are in , you don't know really know whether it is day or night . Otherwise rooms are well furnished , well lit and of decent size. Bathroom is well fitted and neat , and size is pretty big. Dining options are good , there are three restaurants . Food is tasty , though cost is on the higher side. A north Indian thali costs around 150/- . I preferred to eat outside as Pondicherry has lot of good eating places. The complementary breakfast is good and serves a variety of dishes to fill your stomach till lunch. Overall, it was a good experience but for the room light . I would recommend this if somebody is looking for business stay. If you are with Family, please make sure that you get a well ventilated room.
We had a horrible stay. Some workmen were shifting chairs from one conference room to another from 10.00 pm to 1.00 am making a big noise, shouting, singing songs, etc. We and a few other guests from other rooms requested them to stop their work and their shouting as they were disturbing us. But after a 5 minute break they commenced their work with the same horrible noise.
This hotel is really excellent in maintenance, house keeping, etc., definitely i would recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives.

I have been here for couple of night with my friends, quite a good place experience is good. compared to some cheap hotels. The rooms were clean and was comfortable. Food was also good, though it could have been better. In short, the experience was really good.
We stayed here for two nights. Rooms were good, spacious and clean. But room service is very poor. There is no towel in the bathroom and when I asked for it, they said towels went for wash - then no response on intercom for next two/three times. Front desk people were really good and helpful. There is more room for improvement.
We stayed there for a night. When we booked over phone they said it will cost 2200 per room and we have asked them to block and they have confirmed the same. During check in they told there is no room for 2200 and charged 2500. We aregued but reception guy was not at all convinced. we accepted and stayed. Hotel rooms are very nice. Room service is okay not very good. Food at the restaurant is reasonable and good.
The hotel is good for the price they charge, a couple of thing they need to improve is cleanliness, service and WiFi facility. But it is in the centre of city and have good connectivity to all the places.
Hi, We reached Pondicherry on 8-oct-2016 at 8:00 AM. We called the hotel and requested if we can check-in little early as we are very tired. Their Response was RUDE. The temperature in Pondicherry was 35 Degree. Then we reached hotel by 11:30 AM and after check-in, we found that AC is not working. Intercom Phone does not have cable connected. That guy said that he will bring the maintenance person. We were waiting for 20 minutes and no one came. At last, we decided to go to reception but the lift was not working and we were on fourth floor. On reception, they said you need to wait and we will check. We requested to change the room but they said once the room is allocated, we wont change the room. Room service guy does not understand other than the local language. One lady came and complained about the same issue in another room, bathroom is dirty and manager said we will see what we can do and asked the lady to go back to her room. She replied since the intercom does not work, she would stand here so that she can take the maintenance guy with her. They replied ok then stand to next corner and keep waiting. She requested to change the room and got same reply. PLEASE PAY LITTLE MORE AND GO TO A GOOD HOTEL. THESE PEOPLE WILL HARRAS YOU TOO MUCH. REST UP TO YOU.
