This is a good budget hotel, which I managed to book during the peak season at a reasonable tariff. The room are very basic with A/C, TV and all but we are pretty OK considering the price we paid for it. To our surprise, we found that this hotel houses a Japanese restaurant (which we really didn't expect from a budget hotel). Although we didn't order any Japanese food and thought of sticking to the Indian fare, the food was amazingly delicious. I can go back to this hotel again and again only for their food. On the negative side, the parking space was very small but manageable and their breakfast (complimentary) spread was very limited. Nonetheless, the food served during breakfast was also amazingly good.

Checked in today. Welcomed by a rude outlook of the receptionist who gave I care a damn attitude. Few amenities which are mentioned were not provided like complimentary breakfast or WiFi. Also the staff were the least courteous. The rooms were somewhat OK. Had come from a recommendation of cleartrip but certainly feel now that was more to do with the commission setup. My take please stay away!

Well located, neat rooms, polite staff and worst room service... If you are a non-Tamil speaker, it'll be a mission to communicate. Staff is totally unaware of any other language. For three days I asked for laundry service, but in vain. They couldn't understand what I am asking for... Other than that, everything was at par like any other budget hotel.

Though booked four months in advance, on reaching hotel, found that the room was not available. Book on your own peril. Had to accommodate in a smaller room with family along. Though the manager maintained that all rooms were full, didn't find much people at breakfast/dinner time to corroborate that. Hotel is well located.But food is average. Language is a hassle with the reception staff. Staff not very hospitable...

We had been on a family vacation to Pondicherry and stayed in this hotel for 2 nights.We had booked 2 rooms and the rooms were very clean.The restaurant of this hotel offers sumptuous breakfast and reasonably priced good food too.The staff at the reception had arranged the sight seeing trip also for us. But the only problem during our stay was the WIFI Connection which could not be resolved during our stay. Overall a good stay.
