Dont ever book this hotel. Worst hotel even I seen , which costs Rs.1000 per day. Day 1, after waking up, there was no water, after a great struggle, water filled for wash room. Poor cleanliness, Bed sheets were dirty with foul smelling.

Worst hotel i have ever seen.. Staff are very misbehavng. They dnt knw how to speak. Dirty n mis-managed room. They dnt provide u any facility.. They take booking online but when u will reach there, they will create scene, that they dont take booking online or in phone.. And money is not refunded. Worst hotel. Dnt evn dsrv singl star.

Stayed in this hotel for day since all the resorts and hotels were booked during Christmas time... Unplanned stay... Real value for money.. Had big difficulties in parking my car ... Room service is good....

Had booked this hotel 2 weeks before the trip and recieved the booking confirmation msg from goibibo.Visited pondi via chennai from bangalore after travelling for 24 hours with hardly 3 hours of sleep and fully exhausted. After reaching JP residency we got to know that out of 2 rooms we had booked they had NO rooms available for us. They didnt recieved our reservation details and the guy at reception was very rude to clarify this. Called Goibibo cust care, they told us that issue will be resolved but nothing happened, there was no second option given to us and the service of goibibo was very bad, apparently whole pondi was booked and when goibibo guys tried to call the owner of the hotel to book atleast one room for us (which she promised to do when contacted earlier) she had switched off the her mobile. So at 10 PM in a new city and 2 ladies with us, we didn't had any place to go and no where to stay. Then the JP residency people gave us a room which had mattresses on floor and cockroaches all over the place and no light in the washroom, the most pathetic room you would give to a guest. At least they could have arranged a bed for us. Goibibo guys suggested us to take up that room since whole pondi was booked and refunded the amount of one room. And the breakfast provided by the hotel was disgusting. Kindly search for some other hotel before considering this disgusting hotel with disgusting staff with no humanity.

This is a make shift hotel with not enough parking, no running hot water, torn bedsheets, non-bathroom flush, door not closing. Room full of mosquito s. Located on main noisy road. Not for any decent family stay.
