I choose this Hotel Good: 1.For the convince of location.As this is on same road on the Pondy Bus Station from where every tourist spot is hardly a walkable distance. 2.As this was my un-planned visit, it was the most economical and clean stay. What can be expected more is : 3.If I book a hotel room, I should get a confirmation on the Room number allotted, so if I reach there even in Mid-Night my keys should be ready & the room is ready. Because when I reached the staff told me as all the rooms are full, I can take another room, which by my luck was a 3 beds & bigger room as compared to double bed. But as I said its better if you opt for what you have choosen & paid as may be another manager from the reception might un-neccsarily ask you again about the kind of booking you have done, what you have paid and all that. But ultimately the staff is descent.No doubt on that. Also to mention, you can definitely order food in the hotel, but pondy is meant to go out and enjoy your lunch and dinner. :) If you are going as a family, better opt for the double bed room facing the balcony.Will be best.

Really nice hotel to stay. We came on our car expecting a covered parking area and it was parked beside the entrance of the reception (main road). we booked an A/C room which was actually behind the main building and we were on 3rd floor. Expecting a bad room , but instead we got a clean room with nice bedroom ,hall and clean bathroom. Overall we are happy with the experience and will recommend for others. ill say in one line "Good value for money"

The hotel was near the bus stand.The service was very good.The room was very clean.Water came out from the A/C in the night and fell on the bed.

There is a scarcity of support staff. Toilet is clean and well equipped. Mini refrigerator inside rooms is a big plus for a place like Pondicherry.

I have booked 4 and 3 rooms on 6th and 7th Sept respectively (total 7 rooms for 21 pax) My group reached Pondicherry on 17th Sept at 4:00 PM and that time hotel manager told us that he is having only 4 rooms available and rest of the 3 rooms will get after 1-2 hours as Travel Guru did not confirmed the booking for 3 rooms till 15th Sept (as per me if travel guru booked room on 15th then even he will have to provide us rooms on 17th ....and the 2nd question is on travel guru's crediability is why they didn't book room on 7th Sept when I already made the payment)...somehow we got 5 rooms and manager promised that he will arrange rest of the 2 room ASAP (When I asked to look for other hotel and money back, I got reply that I can look for other hotel but I will have to claim my money from travel guru....where as no one from travel guru checked with us .. whether we checked-in or not or how was the hotel, behaviour of staff, cleanliness etc etc...) We have received all 7 rooms at 9:00 PM, but almost for all the rooms they did not provided extra bed (only for 3-4 rooms it was provided around 11:00 PM) and we have to accomodate with the existing space available with us. (one room no 401 was arranged in different building which was a residencial apartment ..) apart from the room availability and the extra bed, we didn't face any issues from the hotel side, and the hotel staff was good and showing samphaty :) on our situation.... but I am not at all happy with the services provided by Travel Guru No one from travel guru contacted us even hotel manager called travel guru abt the room availability (and I was not having any other option then to wait for other rooms), don't know what was the issues but I can say we sufered One good this was hotel guys allowed us to be in rooms till 2:00 PM on our check-out day. For Travel Guru: Sending such type of feedback form after the visit is of no use as I faced issues in pondicherry but no one was there from the 3rd party like travel guru to sort this out for us.
