I have booked 4 and 3 rooms on 6th and 7th Sept respectively (total 7 rooms for 21 pax) My group reached Pondicherry on 17th Sept at 4:00 PM and that time hotel manager told us that he is having only 4 rooms available and rest of the 3 rooms will get after 1-2 hours as Travel Guru did not confirmed the booking for 3 rooms till 15th Sept (as per me if travel guru booked room on 15th then even he will have to provide us rooms on 17th ....and the 2nd question is on travel guru's crediability is why they didn't book room on 7th Sept when I already made the payment)...somehow we got 5 rooms and manager promised that he will arrange rest of the 2 room ASAP (When I asked to look for other hotel and money back, I got reply that I can look for other hotel but I will have to claim my money from travel guru....where as no one from travel guru checked with us .. whether we checked-in or not or how was the hotel, behaviour of staff, cleanliness etc etc...) We have received all 7 rooms at 9:00 PM, but almost for all the rooms they did not provided extra bed (only for 3-4 rooms it was provided around 11:00 PM) and we have to accomodate with the existing space available with us. (one room no 401 was arranged in different building which was a residencial apartment ..) apart from the room availability and the extra bed, we didn't face any issues from the hotel side, and the hotel staff was good and showing samphaty :) on our situation.... but I am not at all happy with the services provided by Travel Guru No one from travel guru contacted us even hotel manager called travel guru abt the room availability (and I was not having any other option then to wait for other rooms), don't know what was the issues but I can say we sufered One good this was hotel guys allowed us to be in rooms till 2:00 PM on our check-out day. For Travel Guru: Sending such type of feedback form after the visit is of no use as I faced issues in pondicherry but no one was there from the 3rd party like travel guru to sort this out for us.

This hotel is a good option for the budget traveller and for short stays. The rooms were clean and the staff was helpful. However, it must be noted that here there are no dining and car parking facilities in this hotel.
