Shenbaga Hotel and Convention Centre

Very nice stay! Loved my time spent there..they have a swimming pool and also has a very nice view. The breakfast buffet was good. The staff were really good, handled all the grievances really well. Ample amount of parking space. Overall a very comfortable stay!������������

The Hotel is located at within a km from Rock beach. It is easy to take a casual stroll upto the beach and further can also visit the White Town road where you can find the best cafes and restaurants. The Rooms of this Hotel are spacious and very well maintained. The parking however is uncovered which I felt is a negative point for such a big hotel. But the hotel has other great amenities. One can also rent 2-wheelers from the hotel, the front desk can help you with the same. The hotel staff was polite and the service was good. My Suggestion to the hotel would be to rethink about the entry and exit routes from the parking space, currently it's very confusing. And, try adding Valet parking as one of the service.

last time when we stayed in princess suite we had a sea view not this time. room is huge and bathroom too. jacuzzi was big for 2 people to enjoy. in room dining food was not nice. there was only few items in main course for breakfast but it was was nice. charge point had difficulty to put it for charging. the hotel is very near to top attractions .

The hotel as well as the restaurant was good. Staffs were also polite and very helpful. Just that no rooms have open windows and the central A/c���s are also without heaters. When the weather is cold you have to turn off the AC but then there is no air circulation. At times dusts were coming out of vents.

Stayed here for two days and I should say that it was a very comfortable stay. Room was nice, big and neatly maintained. But, washroom could be cleaned/maintained better. Staff were helpful and courteous. Parking was feasible too. Breakfast buffet spread was nice and a lot of varieties included in the same. But, the breakfast place was a bit crowded though and cause of that, refilling was taking time (which is understandable due to the huge crowd). They had a live counter for Dosas and Omlettes. Items were good enough in taste as well. The location is also close by to the beach and other amenities like restaurants and tourist places. Has a rooftop swimming pool (3 ft to 5 ft high I guess) with a good view. Has cloak room facility too. Overall: Enjoyed the stay there!! Reduced a star due to washroom cleanliness.
