I stayed in Thomu Inn for about 3 Nights in Double AC room. I faced following issues 1) Rooms are very small and Congested difficult to move around. If you are planning to stay there, then please take a 3 pin for charging (mobile + Trimmer etc etc) as most of the pins are loose. When I asked in reception they replied, 3 pin not available. 2) Car Parking a big problem. Only 4 cars can be parked in and if you have parked first you need to wait for other persons to take out the car. on 2nd day I was asked to park my car out side on the road, as owner of the hotel had parked his car and he might take out his car any time. 3rd day I got a call at mid night around 12:30 to please take out my car as other person has to take his car out. 3) They say complimentary Water bottle and news paper every day. I never got that when asked, reception guy said water bottle not available. 4) Even though you book online they expect money for every thing . Parking Guy + Room Boy Even after giving tips 2 or 3 times they were expecting during my check out. 5) Had tough time for sleeping on 2nd and 3rd as neighboring rooms, were doing too much noise (drinking + TV + loud talking + Slamming Door) no one was there at the reception to complain. 5) Hot water available only after 9 AM in the morning. No food service + Wifi Service.

I saw the photos of the place, thought it would be good, called them up before 1week of my journey and booked a room for 3 people. I was asked to make a transaction of 2000 before coming and I did the same. When I went, they had given my room to someone else who offered them a higher price. They gave me the room in someother place very far and the room also was not good. Plus I was made to pay 1000 in total. I asked the hotel to pay that and I was made to talk to the owner. When I demanded him the extra 1000 rs which I paid because of his fault he told he wont give and told me to do whatever I wanna do. His name is thomas. That humanity less b****** will surely get paid for it. Please don't go there. The same thing might happen to you and the fun of your trip with your family and friends might get spoiled.

Very bad experience during checkout and payment. Thomu Inn is asking for payment, which we are already paid. Cleartrip gives discounts, but Hotel are not accepting the discount and asking for full payment.

The best place to stay with your family, good space of parking with security, and most highlighted thing is the cleanliness, room service its fine , freshness feeling toilets, good water , well serviced airconditions

The room was clean and hygienic, this is the best part of this hotel. But it's not value for money, as you can find much better hotel at the same cost. They didn't provide normal water also. No room service at all, even after you check in you will not get any assistance. Parking is so annoying, they can call you at anytime to relocate your bike. It happened with me. Overall not a good choice.
