I went to the hotel with my family. The behavior of the staff are very rough. They advertise that they have 24 hours WiFi services but the fact is that the WiFi is only for the staffs. WiFi is available only in the reception lobby(not in the rooms). They are taking the money for WiFi from us but only the staffs are enjoying the WiFi. Coming to the food. They will say that breakfast, lunch & dinner are buffet system. But I want to know whether they know the meaning of the buffet system. They will server little quantity of food & if you ask for more they will just shout at you that how much you want to eat & food quality was very poor. Now the rooms. First of all I want to mention the bathrooms don't have any ventilation. The windows of the room can't be locked & those were open windows with only clear glass. In the corner of the room you can see the sanitary pipes. Now the timing of check-in & check-out. The check-in & check-out timing is 8:30am. We went to the hotel at 5:30pm. What you will expect? As you are late so the room will be ready for you. But the actual scene in different. They said that guests are still in the room. After they will leave the room then we will get room & we got the room at 8:30pm. At the time of check-out they simply started to force us to evacuate the from at 7am but the check-out time is 8:30am. We had to leave the room at 7:30am. I will say, my overall experience was horrible. My suggestion for visitors, there are more options for hotels, resorts, guest houses in Port Blair at various rates(according to your budgets). So never think to stay here otherwise your holidays will be spoiled.

A Horrible Experience was encountered by us during our stay in Hotel Holiday Resort Inn at Premnagar, Port Blair, Andaman & Nicobar Island from 21st Dec 2016 to 29th Dec 2016. The less we express about the bitter experience of that hotel, it is better for us but we feel that the bitter experience of that hotel should be exposed to public so that the tourists/public thinks nos. of times before booking any rooms in the said hotel and are relieved from the inhuman behavior of the hotel authority including the staffs of the hotel. For awareness of the public, we are sharing here with few instances of troubles faced by us during our stay. We booked the hotel through an agent without going through details of hotel. The agent told us that hotel rooms are of 3 stars category but in reality the hotel was without modern facility. A double room would charged Rs 2500 per day. Accordingly we have reported the hotel on 21st Dec 2016 at around 12 noon and we are kept awaiting for more than one hour before getting the room. The room were so called Super Deluxe and the hotel owner cum manager told us that we shall have to pay Rs 3500 instead of Rs 2500 which we were supposed to pay and on hearing the same we had a little bit fight with him but at that moment there was no other alternative but to board on that said hotel at their terms and conditions. On encountering the rooms, the we found that there was no mirror on that so called "Super Deluxe" and many such other things a Super Deluxe( rent rs 3500) should have was not there. So, it is suggestion to everybody to check the details before booking any rooms in the said hotel.

They simply cheat the tourists in all respect i.e. with cost, checkin - chekout time, fooding and other hospitalities. The behaviour of the manager, hotel boyes, as well as kitchen staff are as bad as it could be. An order of a cup of tea is served after thirty minutes of the order. The served the complimentary break-fast by the so called name of buffet break-fast and serve only Puri and sabji. And if one desires to have more than three puries their attitude become so rude which results are not to take any more such puri. The picture is same for lunch and dinner. Although checkin time is 12 noon but they keep one waiting for 1 to 2 hours to get room. But at the same time they are strict to vacate the room right at 8'Oclock and even do not allow to occupy the room for extra half an hour and show very rough behaviour.

I have stayed Holiday resort during my holiday in Port Blair. its was good experience to stay here. Location is good and food was delicious. staff are so nice and cooperative. Any one can choose and stay here.

We went to Andaman on Dec 2015..alAnd fortunately or unfortunately we have seen all tje three types(non ac standard,ac standard and ac deluxe) of rooms of this hotel..There are a few awful rooms and few superb rooms with all the facilities..We stayed 4 nights @AC deluxe room on the 2nd floor..That room was really good..furnished with LCD tv,personal fridge,large wardrobe, king size bed with neat and clean bed sheet which they used change every morning..but other standard rooms are really cheap(in all aspect)..Please opt for the deluxe room if you want to stay in this hotel,m sure you will not regret..

Demo Trip The value would have been good, if we do not consider the cost of the MP3 player, which was stolen from our room. The sleep quality would have been good, if we did not spend the second night too terrified to sleep, because we were robbed earlier in the night. The room would have been OK, if there was better security, and if we did not need to consider that the staff might have been the ones who robbed us. There is no swimming pool, and there are no kids activities.
