DEAR SIR I HAVE BOOKED THIS HOTEL AND I MAILED THEM TO PICK UP FROM AIR PORT BUT NO ONE CAME AT AIR PORT TO PICKUP.WHEN I WENT TO THE HOTEL BY MY OWN CONVEYANCE THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME THE ROOM AND SAY THAT THERE IS NO BOOKING OF ROOMS HOWEVER THEY AGREE THAT RE CHECK-IN BOOKING WHICH IS ON 16-1-14 IS CONFIRM WITH THEM.HOW IT CAN BE POSSIBLE?.WHEN I SHOW THEM BOOKING ID AND CALL AT YOUR CUSTOMER CARE THEY AGREE TO ADJUST US IN ANOTHER HOTEL WHICH IS FAR AWAY FROM CENTRAL POINT.THEY WASTED OUR TWO HOURS TIME AS WELL AS MENTALLY HARRESSMENT.

I am not sure where to start, the cleanliness of the place is horrible. Hotel staff is rude and most of the times wont even bother to answer your intercom calls. Bathroom stinks and shower knob was gone and there are no buckets in the washroom. We paid a big amount for city view room and we were disappointed and almost abused by the manager who is at hotel for only a couple of hours in a day. Reception lady is either sleeping in the desk or on personal calls. We tried to tell our concerns to the lady but she dint care nor the manager. Request to fellow travelers to not book this hotel and boycott it as they need to understand they cant get away with such bad service and attitude. I clicked pics in the room specifically to write a review on trip advisor.

Rooms were good, well-sized with TV , mini fridge, wall cabinets etc. Out of the 3 rooms booked, one didn't get a towel for a whole day. Out of 3 electric jugs provided in 3 rooms (each in one), two were not working. the lift was occasionally working. We booked two vehicles (in advance) through the hotel for an early morning trip to jetty, but only one reached, that too not on time, and we had to adjust accordingly. The hotel has good scope to improve. people were good. The terrace top restaurant was good. food was good. Best wishes

decent sized room with basic amenities... I have booked a city facing room and all i can see is set of trees... the sea facing rooms also does not have a good view.... the water heaters were not working... and response from the reception was that it would work only at times as they are solar water heaters.... The restaurant at top is amazing and has a really good view

Visited in Dec and couldn't travel to Havelock due to bad weather. For 1 day extension, they charged us double the price we had paid originally. There were no guests in sight, they charged both customer who couldn't return from Havelok as well as us for same room. The old guy in reception is always under influence of Alcohol/Cigarette, talks rudely. Few customers on my front were also misbehaved. Food in restaurant is ok, quick room service. Ok for transit stay. Not great though.

Resort is ok, location is good, however level of resort is only 2 star, bedding was very poor and breakfast was also very poor, no options and quality was also very poor. Overall this is a budget hotel, but can be ok for families also
