The rooms are exactly as they show in photos, except they had beds with decaying wood, bolts on door that don't lock, ceiling that drips water, washrooms that stink, cockroaches and lizards, and sheets washed with, dunno what sort of water, so that they stink too. We were forced to stay here because our travel agent booked us here during the storm in Andamans, Dec 2016. Adjacent to the hotel is a seedy bar, with drunks walking near the hotel premises!! Our rooms were on the third floor, with decayed wooden steps, which broke when i was climbing up (I am just 52kgs!!) (felt as if I was climbing Mt. Everest!!). They don't tell when they will provide you with hot water....Its a guessing game!! And if you complain of the lack of the promised facilites, be prepared to be rudely asked to check out.

This place at Haddo is fairly economical. We did not plan to stay at this place. One of our friend who was already staying at this place, recommended us to check in here. We took a non AC standard room for just 900 bucks and stayed there for 3 nights. The stay was comfortable.Room was spacious. Bathroom was clean.We were mostly out in the day time and were reaching hotel in the evening/night. They serve food in the room as well, food was average. Overall a good budget hotel.

Do yourself a favour, dont book this place. Its cheap, but not worth it, and they DONT have WIFI as promised on various booing sites. The single room is small with fan and without windows (how do pepole evacuate in case if fire????). Also very dirty room.

Bad smell all around. Restaurant is terrible. power problem frequently etc etc. over all it is terrible experience in the hotel. I will never recommend to others while chosing this hotel in port blair

I did not plan for this hotel; I was taken to this hotel by my local driver and we stayed there for 3 nights. I took standard AC room for 1700 bucks, we were a group of 5, manager arranged one cot in another room at an additional 750 bucks. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bathrooms were also clean. Non-AC rooms we did not check then, but those seem OK with attached balcony. The location is close to Huddo jetty and jetty and sea is in visible from room. The construction is not great and there was dampness and water mark in walls. The service is good and both bar and restaurant is available. Also, another adavantage for old people (I thank for that) is that there are rooms at ground floor. The food is not great. We ordered chicken item that was very hard and not well cooked. But, veg items are good. Overall experience was good.
