It was a below average experience with this hotel. Our room, service & food were not worth the money that we paid. Wewould never come back.

Hotel Driftwood claims it as a 2 Star hotel is the most awful hotel I have ever visited in my entire life. It can't be given 1 star even. Breakfast was horrible. No sugar in the Juice, bread toast was half baked. These people doesn't have simple courtesy to show to their clients. Their front desk representative gave us a Royal Suite instead of Deluxe by mistake and we were totally unaware of that. After 2 hours of stay in the room, when we were in a hurry to move out they informed about their mistake and we were totally awestruck! All our valuables and belongings were scattered in the room and we were about to leave!! The Front Desk Representative named Jaya, said me someone else has booked the Room for 6K and we were provided the deluxe and not Royal. The way she was telling this to us as if we were beggars standing there begging for rooms. That was really uncouth. We were then shifted to the same room we stayed on the first night we reached Port Blair. All our belongings were dragged through the hotel floors and sent to other room.

Nice and clean rooms with good room services. The reception guys were really prompt. We had both and lunch here and turned out to be good and tasty food. However they have scope of improvement on the breakfast buffet they offer, the options provided are really limited. Overall value for money.

Reasonable, clean, with prompt services. In house restaurant and bar. Smooth check in and checkout. Peaceful stay, sumptuous meals. One advice. They need to improve upon the packed breakfast menu. Overall a good experience

Landed through MMT booking for a day to start the trip. Extra bed being well informed in advance almost a month prior to the arrival was ignored and we arrived a room with a stink. I'm sure this was never cleaned forget being sanitised. The AC works at its will, the restaurant so disgusting that couldn't even sit for a meal. Finally with a hungry stomach left the hotel for dinner in the nearby restaurants. The roadside eatery food was much better and priced as against the food being served in the restaurant to other guests we witnessed before getting out. The next day Breakfast was the wicked of all, soggy bread butter S/W made soggy with the tomato ketchup, a .small pack of cookies and a tetra-pack portion of juice, that's all for your breakfast. ENJOY being hungry seemed to be the motto of this hotel for me. Well we moved on to the next destination with a probable expectation of getting a better room/hotel next time. Disaster, just reached back to the same dump with even a cramped up room. The best part of the room is a Fabulous window overlooking the dead wall, zero nature except the dirty filthy view outside. MMT must remove this hotel from their hotel list, else we would have to remove MMT from ours.

1Star AC not working properly...Food quality ok...Outside city...Lady at reception counter not friendly. Makemytrip travel to andaman...Worst experience in my entire life...please pick another hotel in your stay
