It was a below average experience with this hotel. Our room, service & food were not worth the money that we paid. Wewould never come back.

Rooms are okay and clean nothing fancy . Front desk was helpful but response wasn't that smooth. We opted for breakfast & dinner package . Both were provided but very limited option for food. Dinner and breakfast had only two items on the menu and waiter support was horrible.

This a good property located on the main raod. Its very near to tourist spots like the museum. This hotel was a part of our package. On the day of our arrival in Port Blair we stayed in the deluxe rooms which were quite spacious and had a bay view(though very far from the sea). It has an in house restaurant. The food quality and taste is just average. The restaurant takes too long to serve the food. Although the staff was quite cooperative and friendly. The bar was closed as it was the time of Dussehra. Guests can use the hotel wifi but the network is limited to the lobby area and stairs. The teabags and sugar sachets kept in the room had expired and my husband complained about it to the manager. The hotel management should look into such deficiency of service. When we choose to stay in some hotel we trust that management and we don't seem to check everything when we are in vacation mode. Overall it was a good experience but they really need to build up on customer satisfaction area. Also they should work on their menu and include better seafood options.

To start with - we were been allowed in this hotel as a part of our 4 nights package for the 1st & 4th nights... 1st night stay 2 rooms were allotted at 3rd floor which was awesome we were happy that our money spent is worth... But came the crap on the 4th night.... It was allotted on 1st floor which was totally opposite to the above one... Not sure what decision was made if the 1st day room was allotted incorrectly or th 4th day. We were booked for a deluxe room not sure what they meant for deluxe If the 1st day allotted room was the deluxe then why they changed the category on 4th day or they mistakenly alloted higher grade room on 1st night stay..... when asked they simply said no other rooms available (yep, there was options to argue but only thing at that moment on our mind were not to spoil our mood on the last day) They need to be more professional when the bookings done via online they know in advance who / when / how many persons / which type of room is selected and based on it they should have alloted.

We stayed here for a day before going to Neil island. Rooms and bathroom were decent, Rice items in the menu was well made , but the north Indian dishes weren't good. So order accordingly. OK OK place.

The rooms were decent, staff were helpful. In house restaurant and bar, food was decent, the bartender cannot make cocktails go for regular beer / drinks. The hotel is centrally located. It is an average hotel, nothing too bad or really good.
