We had booked 2 rooms in this hotel between 23-Dec-16 to 27-Dec-2016. Except the rooms were a bit clean, there was nothing in order in this hotel as it is managed unprofessionally. 1. There is no given time when hotel start the B'fast. Normally, they used to start around 8:30 am. Although, it is supposed to be buffet, but the serve things in installments. They will serve one vegetable and then keep waiting for puri or paratha to come which eventually will come after 10 mins that too 2 or 3 paraths. There will be other guests as well who will also try to grab one. Toasted bread will be there with Jam but no spoons will be there to apply it. You request for spoon and then you will get one or two spoons. Eventually you will get fed-up of asking for B'fast as you would have spent around 45 mins to 1 hr to get something. For 4 days, we never saw B'fast served as Buffet. They just managed to give us One vegetable and paratha or poori served in the same way as I described. 2. Housekeeping was very poor. If you ask for towels, it will not come before 2 hrs as he literally starts washing and drying. I observed him doing so for the 4 days when I stayed there. 3. Geyser was not working in one room and inspite of rigorous follow-ups, it was not repaired in 4 days. 4. Sofa set kept at the reception is used by their workers to sleep at night. 5. You request for anything, it will either be not done or will take min of 2 hrs as same set of people do all the work. Hopeless hotel.. Use only if there is nothing available to stay in Port Blair.

We stayed here only because we had an early morning flight to catch the next day. the owner makes a big show of being the perfect host but the hotel is terribly understaffed with the owner's sons manning the counters. the fridge in the room was not working and after complaining, they simply admit that it is not working and nothing can be done. no staff present in the morning to give us a cup of coffee . no staff present even to bring down our bags. they charged us Rs. 250/- for a quarter plate that fell down and broke.. and it was a cheap quality plate (just imagine..Rs. 250/-???) Service is extremely poor.. Food is also not that great.. I suggest that you eat outside and avoid this restaurant. very highly priced hotel. They will talk about free wi-fi but you will never get network

Good -Good hotel.. neat and clean.. with nice room and bathroom -Location is also fine.. 3 km from market... -Breakfast is average..We ordered dinner for 3 days and food was very tasty. Bad -Forget about Wifi..U will get Wifi only in reception. -We got towels only for the first day.. After first day cleaning, we didn't see them. We asked for towels almost 10 times... But got no towels. -It took 2 hours to get our dinner.. for all the 3 days... And that too after reminding them for more than 3 times.. -No cab service from hotel -there were not much options for Breakfast Buffet.. Almost same menu everyday.(Poori/Idli, bread, egg, cornflakes,tea)

Front desk made us wait for 2 hours before a room was provided, even after having got confirmation on email. Room was just about okay, with no table. No room service for lunch and dinner. Tandoor items were not available. Bed was too soft (not spring mattress) with thick hard pillows. Even on repeated requests, softer or thinner pillows were not provided. Front desk was very friendly, however, instead of being friendly, it would have been better if there was more professionalism. Overall, an average hotel which is overpriced.

We booked this hotel for 8-12-2016 for one night. But due to cyclone at that time we stuck at Neil Island and could reach Port Blair on 10-12-2016 through rescue operation by Govt. So we missed our night here and lost our money. We contacted this hotel for one night stay in expectation that they may understand the situation and may offer us some discounted rate. But instead of discounted they asked us for double the rate at which we booked them online and refused rudely from any help.
