i stayed from 11.02.17 to 13.02.17 with my wife at room no 514. the hotel is full of problems and worst service instead of High Rent Rs.5000/- per day. Please start counting - 1.they do not provide Hand towel, mosquito coil (all out), no push bell on room door, wifi very bad, cable tv connection pathatic, Air-condition water leakage, only one man in reception who handles everything as room service, food order and reception, food quality bad, breakfast have poor quality items and only 3 items.The hotel try to save money in everything so a miser hotel.I am very much dis-appointed as in the lower rent i got very good service in other hotel.

1st night faced a problem of no electricity in the room & no body available at the reception or any wherei even on phone,from 2215 to 2315 hrs in hotel to get electricity in order of our room . Staff boy though good but the owner of the Hiltop Hotel not the right person. Both of us got skin problem probably due to beg bugs on the very 1st night. No use of refrigerater in the room as it gets off as soon as you close the room. No Hand towel, No toilet paper, no soap keeping stand & no cloth hanging provision in the Bath room. Extra charged forcibly.

We had initially left our luggage at the hotel in the morning as their said our rooms were not ready then and we had a planned tour to go to. On return back to the hotel we were told by our tour operator that we had to change hotels. We went to the reception to ask for our luggage only to be shouted at and told to 'get out' of the hotel several times as they claimed they didn't have any reservation in our name. The boy (owner's son) at the reception called security to kick us out and was abusive to one of the girls in our group. He only apologized after we called his father and demanded an apology. Would not recommend the hotel to anyone.

I been there with my family. At the time of the check-in the hotel staff was very rude and people were not worried about the guest. Some People just told us the room number and showed us the way. There was no proper water supply. People do not opt for this hotel. It shows different picture on websites (reality is totally different). Pathetic service and staff is not at all friendly.

We stayed in this hotel for a night. We are frequent travellers and I had never had such a bad experience as in this hotel. Honestly I am even surprised how are they calling themselves into hospitality industry. Firstly, when the room was given to us it's flush was not working properly and there was no hot water available. Then after repeated complaints (we would have done some 5-6 calls at the reception) their staff came to only solve one issue and vanished. We called the housekeeping staff cleaning the adjacent room twice, but she just escaped without rectifying the issue and even without informing us anything. Food was not only tasteless but their staff were not able to take and deliver correct order at one go. We had both lunch and dinner here as we were too exhausted after roaming for the whole day. And both the times they were not able to bring the right order at first attempt. Wifi just works at reception, that too only if you are lucky. Overall very bad management and irresponsible team!
