Its one of the best hotel with personal care a place truly a home away from home, room is spacious and comfortable and well maintained by their house keeping staff on daily basis with toiletries changed every day, their restaurant is a place you will love spend for your breakfast, lunch & dinner.No other place except islander inn food quality is unbeatable and no eating place in port blair is comparable with Islander Inn. In the morning complimentary breakfast you will get Dosa, Masala Dosa,Uttappam, Onion Uttappam & Idly with milk orcoffee or tea. The taste is simply superb even at our home also we cannot get that taste, though simple but extraordinary taste, no words to describe my experience, I love to visit again to same hotel just enjoy yet another leasure holiday to taste islander inn's food only.even non veg dishes are also V.good, they have special traditional cooks from south india, and M D sor of the hotel was there during our visit and it made our stay even more great, Gen Manager is even customer friendly.

We visited beautiful place Port Blair, but our visit was spoiled by Hotel Islander inn,( booked online) Room size is very small, No proper room service( single person for all rooms service and restaurant) . No night service available and top of all, lift was not working. When I complained at reception, woman manager said this is season month, we cannot do anything and you are free to change hotel. With such discourteous attitude of hotel staff, we thought to shift to another hotel for remaining days and we did.

Location - The hotel is located on a main road and hailing an auto is easy. Aberdeen bazaar is near. Rooms - we stayed in a deluxe room which was big and comfortable. There's stuff available for making tea and coffee. The standard rooms are compact. Important advise - if booking through an online channel, please call up the hotel to confirm that they've received the booking and make sure they are expecting you on your date of stay. Also, if the occupancy rate is low, the breakfast is a la carte but nothing to sing praises about.

Rooms where not neat & clean .Had spider webs & dust . Could notice baby spiders in bed also . Hotel rennovation is going on in the near by rooms , hence dusty & noisy . No wifi . Restaurant was ok . Hot water geaser was not working .

Smooth check in , just on main road near to jetty. Excellent rooms wd neat and clean bathroom, restaurant is good, delicious foods are served. Near to Airport,cellular jail, jetty, helpful staff. Rooms look bit old

Demo Trip The second floor needs urgent repairs. The corridor is largely dark, and water leakage appears to have damaged parts of the walls in many rooms on this floor. Plus a couple of rooms do not have a window. Stick to the first floor!
