Perfect place to stay if you wants to stay for 1 night and want to leave for Havelock on the very next day in early morning because it has perfect location as it is close just 100m distance from the "Phoneix jetty Bay" from very ships depart for Havelock.. quiet reasonable tariff but food quality is just 'OK' cann't say vry good.. , hotel staff is friendly & coperative.. overall a nice stay !!!!!

The hotel is not in the heart of city , food and resutarant was good, the staff behaviour was good. Overall it was a very good stay at the hotel I will recommend this hotel to my friends for future bookings.

In general the quality of room was good. Service needs improvement as the designated room was not cleaned in advance when we entered the hotel (when they knew it) and had to wait for 40-45 min. However, they allowed us to sit in another room. Cleanliness and room service were good. It can be recommended as a reasonably good budget hotel with basic facilities.

It is good hotel for medium range. 4.5 km from airport. Auto/cab rates is 100rs. Just 100 miter from jetty. Auto easily available Infront of hotel. AC, TV toilet everything is good. Staff's are very nice. Food tastes is also good.

This place is not worth calling as hotel/lodge/resort.they provided us their best room which in fact was like a store room,full of bad odor,when we complain of this,their front office guy who was in shorts appeared and emptied full bottle of a cheap fragrance in room creating choking atmosphere.we spent full time out to avoid the room.In morning there was chaos and fight over breakfast as they kept people waiting in their dingy looking restaurant/kitchen.Please avoid this place and intimate others too to negate any bad taste in port Blair. I decided thereon that i should Write a review for others to avoid this especially who travels for a happy and peaceful experience.i avoid using strong words but it is the minimum i can write for this,.

We stopped over at this hotel to rest/freshen up for a few hours before our onward journey to Havelock. The advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the airport & jetty. The rooms are neat & well-maintained with all basic amenities for the weary traveler. This is a budget hotel so may not suit all types of travelers - but it does offer the convenience of location & a clean stay. If you are on a short stopover between visits, you can consider this place.

It will be appropriate to call it a lodge not a hotel away from main market clock tower and for every thing we have to go to market Marine View is on a small lane/by road this place is poorly maintained elevator is not in working condition since long stayed in room 201 a c not functioning when opened window for ventilation a full top to bottom wall was covering at a distance of about 2 feet this place is not wrth staying only good thing is prop mr Faisal is a nice man ad bed linen was clean

We actually did not stay here, because it was just not acceptable. We were in a group that would have stayed in 7 rooms. Half of the rooms had no water. One room's a/c wasn't working. One room had no power nor water. There were mouldy bananas in one room's closet. The curtains look like they haven't been washed since they were put up. There was no toilet paper. There was stagnant water in a bucket in one of the bathrooms. The elevator does not work. The windows on the rooms on the right wing opens to the wall of the next property, hence the rooms had no natural light, which added to the dinginess. The kitchen in the restaurant downstairs was filthy. We actually booked our lunch there too, but after seeing the filth, what faith would one have in the food handling? After seeing all this, we complained to our guide, and our guide called the manager or maybe owner, I'm not sure, and our pull out was accepted. We were told the manager actually came and said sorry for the state of the rooms, and that they were having funding problems. At least they didn't take our money. I feel sorry for this hotel because of how run down and unkept it was. It needs a major makeover and furniture upgrade. I have posted pictures so I can finally delete them forever from my camera, and memory, hopefully.
