Over all good time with family there. could have been more better interm of services.Bit far distance from central Port blair city. but good for people who like bit peace

The rooms are well furnished but not maintained properly. Lizards and cockroaches are moving freely. Number of dogs are there just out side the room. Room service is very slow. Order placed at 9.00 pm delivered at 10.00 pm with warm meal. Only first day, complementary mineral water as provided. the only good thing is a very mesmerizing Sea view from the balcony of the room.

The arrangement was good along with buffet dinner and complimentary breakfast. The airport transfer is another addendum, that matters.

Hotel offer some of the best views of Phoenix Bay n the rooms had amazing view as well... Food quality is good however it takes lot of time to prepare or serve it... by the time they serve half of your meal is cold.. Hotel staff is good n property is very well maintained .. Every thing is well coordinated .

I stayed there in delux room , and its really good. you can take rest. View outside the room is really good. service is also very good. food taste is good. nothing to complained about. Please try it, instead of other hotel in Port blair

Very good hotel for stay , excellent rooms especially nikobari cottages , very good room view of sea , but poor services starting from reception , breakfast food , room service , if they improve their services , it will be excellent hotel

Excellent hotel facing the sea NE and the harbour. You can see boats regularly. The bamboo cottages are enough for 4 persons. they have fridge, hot water TV. The housekeeping is good. They also have coffee shop and bar and conference rooms. You will not believe it is a government hotel and so there is lot of pressure on restaurant service. But Andamans is not about eating at all other than sea food. Get up early at 5 AM to see the sun rise if there is no cloud cover or the day break itself is beautiful. You can go for a walk or jog to the waterfront downhill. wi fi is in range only at the front desk. They have complimentary breakfast which is good which you will miss as you have to leave early each day for the various locations by boat. They have complimentary pick up and drop to the airport. Breakfast and Buffet is not replenished and so hurry as la carte takes considerable time. Buffet is expensive though. Laundry also takes time but it seems that is the case everywhere as far as service is considered as there is definitely labour shortage.

The resort is very spacious, clean and well maintained. The Deluxe rooms and cottages are sea-facing. Pleasant view the boats travelling from phoenix jetty. Plants and landscapes are well maintained. They provide Wi-Fi at the reception area, free airport pick up and drop and their travel desk shall arrange local sight seeing tours if required. We hired a two wheeler for roaming around. Rooms are spacious and bathrooms are clean. In deluxe rooms, the front side has a sea-facing balcony (sit-out) and there is a back door which opens to the lawn. Restaurant is sea facing, food is good too. Very good and co-perative staff both in reception and restaurant. We wanted a slight modification in our booking and they amended it immediately. Value of money place and recommended for families and couples :)

The location of the hotel and the food, are the best things about it.The standard room was huge, with very good amenities. My room had a view of the jetty and it was just wonderful to walk around in the morning. The restaurant has a beautiful view of the sea, which I doubt, any other hotel in Port Blair will have!The hotel and the rooms are very well maintained and can give any 5-star resort a run for its money. The breakfast (included in the room tariff) had huge variety and was very very good! The restaurant itself is top notch, though a bit pricey. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel has a bakery, which produces awesome muffins and cakes. Best hotel of all the places I stayed in, during my Andaman trip. Just one slight hitch, found a snake sitting outside my door one night, so if travelling with children, caution required, however, guess its just one of the pitfalls of wanting to be close to nature!
