The hotel is well located although not adjacent to the main road so its a problem to find taxis and autos (the main type of transport in Port Blair). Its a good 5 minutes walk inside. The room was clean but the fittings like furniture and even of the toilet are outdated. The food served in the hotel is outrageously priced. Please eat out. The staff are polite and well-mannered but are not that up to date with tours and excursions in Port Blair and may not give honest advise. All in all it is a good hotel but at this price (I paid 3800 per night) not worth it. The moment I booked, one week later, they had a buy 3 nights and get one free. So I felt cheated. There are some other hotels which provide same amenities for a better price. It is located 10 minutes from the airport but then all hotels in Port Blair are equidistant from the airport. Its a small town. I would recommend this hotel only if the price was reduced or if you were going with family so you could take the family rooms.

It was a good experience with this hotel. Rooms have nice interiors and are neat and clean. It is located in the main city. Staff are co-operative. Food at the hotel restaurant was very tasty.

Deluxe Room was dirty not cleaned properly. Staffs were very slow in their service. I had my meal in the restaurant it was horrible in taste. Overall it was a bad experience with this hotel.

Hotel rooms are spacious but old. Although the food is good but there are very limited options in the menu and its very expensive.

Hotel Sentinel is a nice boutique hotel. The staff welcomed us very nicely. The premier rooms were we stayed were really comfortable. The food and service was fantastic. They have a nice small swimming pool with a bar. I would suggest the management to improve the wifi connectivity as it was available only in reception area.

The location of the hotel is very near to the airport as well as the city center is only few minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel is very conveniently located to reach major attractions. The location is very peaceful. The rooms are like a modern city hotel and very clean. The room services is very prompt. The staff working here were very helpful and they make sure the comfort of the people staying in the hotel.The staff always wanted know if we were comfortable or not. The f&b staffs are very good and they prepare delicious meals. i will definitely recommend this place.

Hotel Sentinel is a no frills budget hotel with basic amenities and decent staff. The hotel appears to be understaffed but puts out a decent spread for breakfast which is included in the room package. There is an alacarte restaurant but is overpriced with basic decent food. The rooms are basic no frill units. It appears that the hotel is swamped with tourists moving in and out since the housekeeping left a lot to be desired and the rooms smell musty almost all the time. However, it is decent value for money considering you are going to be out on the beach all day anyway. There is a tiny pool with a poolside bar that plays good music from 7 pm to 9:30 pm.

Should be last resort to stay at Port Blair.Stinking rooms, malfunctioning TV connection, below average room service, average food,lack of basic amenities,over priced. Location is average.Wi fi very slow. Response of staff slow.Avoidable hotel

Great hotel, quality amenities throughout. Only stayed 4 nights but really nice and comfortable. Anand at reception makes a real difference. It's great to walk into a hotel at anytime and be received with a genuine smile. Will surely come soon.

Demo Trip Choose higher floors as in Andaman there are lot of mosquito. Higher floors are have comparatively less mosquito.
