Jai Mathi Hotel

A very decent hotel situated in the heart of the city of Port Blair. Non-AC cabs will charge only ’100 to take you from the airport to Jaimathi Inn. We stayed in the AC family rooms and even though they aren't exactly spacious, they were large enough for 3 people. The TV was a huge 32" LED TV with mostly local channels, and all sports and Hindi channels. Autos, cabs, everything is available right outside the hotel. The only downside is they don't have a restuarant. However, not to worry, just beside Jaimathi, there's hotel Milan which offers good quality food and is quite popular among travellers residing in the area. Overall, 5 star for a very decent experience for the 4 days of stay in Port Blair. If I visit again, I would love to stay here!

Great location near Aberdeen Bazar, rooms are comparatively very much reasonable, good, spacious and cleaned but without breakfast. So many restaurants are available nearby only. Excellent for official trip. Room service is little bit slow. Plz take rooms only without food.

The rooms were average...the positive side is that it is very close to the airport...it takes hardly 5-7 minutes to reach the airport from this hotel . Had there been a balcony, I would have added a star to my review

Even though the hotel is centrally located, water availability is a huge issue here. Bathroom was stinking and dirty. Bedsheets were stained and were changed only after repeated requests. Request anyone travelling to Port Blair not to put up in this hotel and spoil your stay in this beautiful place.

Average place for visiting. Anyone can stay here for 1 hour. it is in andaman . You can take selfie hare. Guest house are available here. You can visit here in evening time because of chilling sun . Popular for national memorial nad Parks. Lighting is Good here in night.
