Tour operator "Andaman Kartick" runs this hotel. Most of the guests are brought in by other operators throughout the country in large groups. Thus the hotel is always full and individual travelers do not get proper service for the money they are paying. 1 more thing that I noticed here, there is a disconnect between the management and staffs. This results in unnecessary loss of your valuable time. There are high chances you will be forced to use their tour services which is equally bad. They never live up-to their commitment. You will end up waiting in the reception for upwards of 30 min , hurrying up last minute callups, skipping few tourist places and waiting for your pickup at every drop point. To top it all up, there is a bar/restaurant on the 1st floor which plays loud music till midnight :)

I went there on 30th November, 2016 and checked out on 10th December, 2016. Rooms are narrow and you hardly accommodate yourself in the bathroom. They have a 14 inch tv in each room (ridiculous). No intercom. So you have to come down to ground floor from 3rd floor if your water bottle is empty. Staff coordination is worse. Food is okay. If you have no choice left... then you can stay there.

It was a nice stay at this hotel .We were welcomed warmly.The room is fully furnished with cots and TV.No need to go out for food.It has a good canteen upstairs.U get hot water also.But looks like a old hotel.

One day prior,we called the hotel for confirmation though we had done the booking via at least 45 days before. however the staff was ignorant of the fact and non cooperative.we had to call at least 10 times to get confirmation. Next day as we arrived,we choked to death. The lighting of the corridors was cheap blue colour and stinking throughout the stay. The accommodation made our holiday spirit swept off our feet . No wardrobe was provided. The lock of the door was broken . The linen was dirty and of cheap quality.We checked out the next day itself,as we couldn't stand any longer due to lack of sleep. The breakfast provided was a single bun,one banana n a 5 rupees biscuit packet. Please dnt go here to ruin your holiday,still recovering from the nightmare.

We booked it through Goibibo... About Rooms: It is spacious clean with center table,double bed,clean bathroom Amenities: complementary breakfast,free airport pickup,AC,Television,Geyser,mosquito repellent etc were provided location: it is 3 Km away from main market but autos are easily available food: we are eggiterian so ordered only omlette and egg curry which was very delicious and reasonable price. If requested they can pack breakfast if you are going early morning to baratang.. staff: the staff is extremely helpful and co-operating and fulfilled our every request..
