It was not a pleasant experience to stay in this hotel. Room: Room was below average as it had no mats, TV remote was not working, bathroom fittings were leaking, bedsheets were not clean, towel was torn. Service: Again bad. Laundry clothes were not properly cleaned. Buffet items were not filled up timely. Staff expressed no courtesy to the guests. Nobody came for airport pickup although it was there in my package. They didn't arrange airport drop on time, they just hired an auto-rickshaw for us. Dining: As compared to other restaurants in Port Blair, the dining options were OK. Still many of the items on the menu were actually not available for order. Quality of food was just OK but at least hygiene was good.

Our four nights stay was good in sun sea. Location was much better. Standard room was hygiene, neat & tidy. Food was not up the mark, it wasn't tasty. Overall it was an above average property.

Room service (espacially bed tea) was not upto the mark. Attached bar(purple bar) lacked variety and was poorly placed. However their restraunt was outstanding. People were fine, friendly and honest.

It's has below average rooms. Location though is very central and food is awesome . buffet breakfast was pathetic. Food we ordered in the room only . Malai kofta is a must have . Staff is decent. No wifi facility though can't blame them as internet speed all over port Blair is too slow. Food compensated but I could have gone for a better stay

The Bathrooms of the hotel were third class, just like dharamshala, no proper lights in the rooms, Ceilings very poorly painted, ACs not well maintained, and damaged. Please improve otherwise you are going down... we won't visit here again, General Manager of the Hotel did nothing to make our stay comfortable..

I booked a suite room and the whole room was smelling bad. The rooms were dampy.The restaurant was also bad with dirty table clothes and cockroaches roaming all over However the rooms were very spacious

With a day stay atleast once you reach Andamans and to leave the Andamans finally one has to stay in Port Blair, the one with the airport, the resort provides amiable, comfortable stay. The facility is okay I guess. Then the food is really nice but costlier. There is a nice South Indian place just infront of the resort that would make your day. Staff is extraordinarily amiable. We even met a local Nicobari who gave more insight into the culture than we could find out.

Just to describe this place in one word HORRIBLE lower quality of food, cleanliness of rooms and breakfast room not as per expectation , no greetings at entrance area, off mood staffs at the check in counter.
