It was not a pleasant experience to stay in this hotel. Room: Room was below average as it had no mats, TV remote was not working, bathroom fittings were leaking, bedsheets were not clean, towel was torn. Service: Again bad. Laundry clothes were not properly cleaned. Buffet items were not filled up timely. Staff expressed no courtesy to the guests. Nobody came for airport pickup although it was there in my package. They didn't arrange airport drop on time, they just hired an auto-rickshaw for us. Dining: As compared to other restaurants in Port Blair, the dining options were OK. Still many of the items on the menu were actually not available for order. Quality of food was just OK but at least hygiene was good.

Our four nights stay was good in sun sea. Location was much better. Standard room was hygiene, neat & tidy. Food was not up the mark, it wasn't tasty. Overall it was an above average property.
