Pros: Good and tasty food. Breakfast : limited options but tasty food. Room was newly done i believe. compact and clean. WIFI : They have wifi , much needed in andaman considering bad network Cons : Very far from the city center. AC in our room had some issues initially. Just okay for a day's stay probably if you are on transit to and fro from the islands.

Yatra swapped the Hotel for the first day for the holiday booked with them (biggest mistake ever done by booking with them) & it was a terrible experience here. ... Room were bad & bathroom was worse. Overall its a sub standard hotel instead it should not be termed as Hotel. The staff was even worse & breakfast was pathetic.

where do I start ? Ugly rooms, unclean bathroom, stinking floor ...... could not even stay here for 10 mins..... Forced to search for different hotel immediately. Very very poor option in Port Blair.....

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel. The room was very spacious and was clean. The view of the water from the balcony was nice. The staff was excellent! They asked us how our day was and made sure that we were comfortable. The food was very good. The cook clearly enjoyed cooking special food for us and his sous chef Ranjan did a great job filling in when he was away. The Hotel is away from the town but it was nice to be out of the noise. We hope to go back to the Andaman Islands and will stay here again.

Nice property situated approx. 15 km from city in a lonely area. You will not find anything around the hotel( No shops,medical store). It's difficult to find a vehicle to visit city in case of emergency. Rooms are specious and clean except room no.103 which is very small. WiFi available only in reception area and that is also very slow. A person who is 24 hours available at the reception is totally negative, non cooperative. He has negative attitude and has fix answer for everything "NAHI HEY." You have to fight for towels and soaps also!!! He converts simple things in to complicated ones. They don't have any pick up and drop facilities. They have no printer (not possible to print your tickets, boarding pass etc.). In the breakfast and dinner, they provide very limited dishes. Simple curd was not available in the restaurant. Frequent Power failure is common even if they have generator. Overall, Very poor service.
