one of the worst places I can say. I had booked Bonito 901- 2 rooms for 1 night in Nov from Oyo Rooms. was visiting the place with my aged parents. Its an apartment with rooms being let out. upon reaching the building i found that the flat was locked.it took me 10 mins just to locate the care taker to guide me to the parking lot for my vehicle. there was no one to take the luggage. upon reaching the flat, it was even more depressing. shoes littered near the entrance, bedsheet strewn across sofa in drawing room. dirty mattresses lying on the floor in the dining area. the balcony was filthy with clothes hanging. when I enquired to the caretaker that I had booked 2 rooms, they bluntly told me that they can give only 1 room. since we were three people, the caretaker told they will give extra mattress in a already cramped room. they told that the other room was sold out. the response of the caretaker was very casual. upon repeated calling the property manager, there was no response and I diverted my calls directly to Oyo rooms. they then intervened got this booking cancelled and allotted another property at a higher price. Luckily I opted for pay at hotel. this is my second bad taste with Oyo rooms. will never ever stay in any oyo rooms property

Stayed from 3 nights, in July-2015. The place is very aptly located. You walk out, and bang opposite is a Mall, where you can eat varied categories of food. Take a rickshaw, and you reach 1 more massive mall, at the end of Koregaon Park. You hit Koregaon Park is 2 kms. But the problem is the property is a residential house, taken by the Cherry Blossom group. The group has 3 such flats in the society converted to guest houses. The photo shown is not the one you will get. I was not shown the other guest houses too. The room was not properly cleaned, and the bathroom was shabby. The care take guy is not at all trained to take care of guests properly. Good for bachelors or corporate trainees. Those are the people, who stay most. I visited with my wife. There is no issue of safety or privacy. But the ambiance is just not good for family. The the management does not have the courtesy to allocate a better decor rooms for couple. I called the manager, but he never came to meet me. They are more focused on corporate customers, and have least regards for people booking through app. I had booked using GoIbibo. I strictly do not recommend it for families.
