I wanted to share with you the horrible experience I had with both Comfort Service Apartment (Fortaleza), PUNE & Travel Guru. I went to Pune for 2 days and had booked 3bhk apartment for 2 days, I was going for an event which was to start at 3 pm. I reached Fortaleza and called the manager for letting us know the building number & flat at 2:30 pm who requested us to wait down. We waited for 20 mins and after numerous calls sent someone down. This individual took us to one of the buildings in Fortaleza and made us sit in someone�s apartment for 30 mins and kept saying the manager is shortly expected. We called the manager multiple times to get clarity in terms of when we would get our apartment as we were delayed for our event. Post numerous calls he told us that he doesn�t have an apartment for us and we will need to move locations. He told us to go to Koregoan park from Kalynani nagar and meet him at Bel Air hotel. On reaching Bel Air we were informed that only 2 out of the 3 rooms are AC. Also, when they handed us the room keys it was dirty. So we had to wait another 20 mins for it to be cleant and by the time we got our rooms it was almost 5 pm and we were delayed for our event by 2 hours! This has caused a lot of distress to me and I had paid 3000Rs for the event tickets which I was not able to use to the optimum as I had planned. I called Travel Guru helpdesk number and logged a complaint, the lady who I spoke to confirmed that she would speak to the Manager of Comfort Service Apt and ensure we get 3 AC rooms. However I didn�t not receive a call back. When I did the booking on Travel Guru I expect that the vendor is good and trustworthy and the service is good. However I was deeply disappointed. To add to it, I received absolutely no help from Travel Guru for my problem.

its a budget hotel to stay in pune. the ambience is good. rooms are neat and clean. staff is very friendly. front desk is average. food quality is quite good. overall an average hotel to stay in pune.

star homes is more like an apartment then hotel.situated in kalyani nagar which is far from it hub koregaon park so choose accordingly.not bad place in this price tag.basic aminities are available.service is not bad but not satisfied with overall experience.

Stayed in this BnB in Fortaleza apartments in Pune for 2 weeks for work related travel. Didnt spend much time in the rooms but the place is decent for the price that you are paying. The food was average, but there are lots of options nearby (Kalyani veg, Mcdonalds and Subway in the mall opposite to the building) Best part bout this place is the location (Kalyani Nagar) which is pretty much in and around the best place to stay in Pune. PS - They offered me card payment facility to pay the bills.

No water Filter, Stupid and dumb Care Takers who were actually annoying, not good food, no Towels, No Tissue papers, everything was not clean. Care Takers gave us key (he stayed all time in our room watching Television), so they don't have to open the door. (when we go out he reminds it), we don't understand his language and neither him. Never stay in copacabana look for some other block.

I was in Pune with friends for the NH7 weekender and we had booked 3 rooms at the Fortaleza, scheduled to check in by 12pm, freshen up and leave for the event by 4pm.. We reached Pune and this is what happened... 12.30pm - Reached Fortaleza. 12.35pm - This is a building complex, and since they hadn't told us which building it was, we were trying to get in touch with them to check where we were supposed to go. 12.40pm - Still trying.... 12.50pm - Still trying.... 12.55pm - Finally we get through and are asked to wait under a building with our bags while someone comes to show us the way. The watchmen refuse to let us enter without 148 questions and photocopies of all our ID's. 1.10pm - Waiting... 1.25pm - Still waiting.... 1.35pm - A boy comes to show us the way. He takes us across the compound to the 9th floor of a building with an iffy lift and into this house where there are already a bus load of people staying. He asks us to wait while our apartment is prepared. 1.45pm - Waiting... 2.00pm - Still waiting... 2.15pm - Still waiting... Ask the boy how much longer and he says 'I don't know'....... :-O 2.30pm - Waiting... 2.45pm - Still more waiting.... 3.00pm - Finally we get the managers number off the boy and call him asking what the hell is going on?? He responds that since the people who were supposed to check out, haven't checked out... he doesn't have a place for us to stay....(we believe he double booked us since it was a busy weekend at Pune with the NH7)... he asks us to come right across town to Koregaon Park, where he has spoken to a place that will take us in. 3.15pm - Get downstairs with bags and baggage and head to KP. 4.00pm - Reached other hotel where the manager has booked 2 AC rooms and 1 Non AC room for us. We had paid for 3 AC rooms. 4.30pm - Head up to our rooms after providing further ID's to prove we aren't criminals and are just a bunch of people hoping to get to our music festival without any more fiascos! 4.35pm - Enter room to find there is food and empty plates and glasses everywhere..... someone forgot to clean up!!! tch tch tch!! Head down to the reception. 4.40pm - Ask the reception to clean up the room while we wait. 4.50pm - And wait... 5.00pm - And wait...... 5.15pm - Head up to a clean'er' / cleanish room and frantically start trying to get ready so we can get to the venue before the show is over! 6pm - Finally emerge from our rooms ready to head out... get drunk and numb ourselves with alcohol to get over the day!!!
