I wanted to share with you the horrible experience I had with both Comfort Service Apartment (Fortaleza), PUNE & Travel Guru. I went to Pune for 2 days and had booked 3bhk apartment for 2 days, I was going for an event which was to start at 3 pm. I reached Fortaleza and called the manager for letting us know the building number & flat at 2:30 pm who requested us to wait down. We waited for 20 mins and after numerous calls sent someone down. This individual took us to one of the buildings in Fortaleza and made us sit in someoneï¿½s apartment for 30 mins and kept saying the manager is shortly expected. We called the manager multiple times to get clarity in terms of when we would get our apartment as we were delayed for our event. Post numerous calls he told us that he doesnï¿½t have an apartment for us and we will need to move locations. He told us to go to Koregoan park from Kalynani nagar and meet him at Bel Air hotel. On reaching Bel Air we were informed that only 2 out of the 3 rooms are AC. Also, when they handed us the room keys it was dirty. So we had to wait another 20 mins for it to be cleant and by the time we got our rooms it was almost 5 pm and we were delayed for our event by 2 hours! This has caused a lot of distress to me and I had paid 3000Rs for the event tickets which I was not able to use to the optimum as I had planned. I called Travel Guru helpdesk number and logged a complaint, the lady who I spoke to confirmed that she would speak to the Manager of Comfort Service Apt and ensure we get 3 AC rooms. However I didnï¿½t not receive a call back. When I did the booking on Travel Guru I expect that the vendor is good and trustworthy and the service is good. However I was deeply disappointed. To add to it, I received absolutely no help from Travel Guru for my problem.
