Room Status After check in when i entered the room I thought that the room will be good one as I paid Rs.6500 for the same. But it was really unexpected. The room was very small and having tiles on the floor. Generally in such types of hotels used to be a good carpet. The TV was of a old model and the picture quality and cable connectivity was terrible. A lot of channels was repeating and the channels were not properly in sequence. A lot of popular channels were missing. The hotel administration should understand that in business class hotel at least TV and picture quality should be good one at least we should able to see. At 1:00 i thought to have a cup of tea so prepared the same and then i searched if a pouch of Milk powder is available but i found sugar, tea and coffee pouch only no milk so i slept without the same. In morning breakfast two attender asked me what i will like to have tea or coffee but after waiting 15 minutes no one came with tea so i left without having tea. At the time of check out no one was there to take my luggage and keep the same in car so me only did. Overall experience is that the hotel is OK but it is not worth paying Rs. 6500 for one night in Pune. one can get better hotel in lower tariff of 5000 like The Central Park or Royal Orchid Golden Suit.
