Access: Inaccessible, Please do not stay there Front Desk: They did not know what they were doing, I was told to change my room 3 times for lack of WiFi. Nobody knew anything. Overall: I would not stay here again if my life depended on it

t was a good stay .tht staff was good.but dining option was good but it was very expensive i will suggest to decrease the price for dinning facilities.otherwise stay was good .would like visit again. i will definatly recomanded to my friends and family. out of i will give them 4*

My stay was comfortable. Hotel is quite nicely maintained , interior of the hotel is nice. But the service is really slow. I feel the staff is not professional. I would suggest this hotel for bussiness travellers. The hotel is far away from the city.

I had booked this Hotel on 15.11.2016 for one day on MakeMyTrip. Before booking this Hotel, I had called up on the landline of this Hotel for address confirmation. They were not at all responsive over the telephone. I had to make many calls for the address and finding out the hotel. As against my 10 calls, they responded only twice over the phone, actually they did not receive the calls at all. Though this hotel is located in a good locality, it is in small lanes and you have to take turns from one small lane to another and to some other small lane, and you dont find this hotel easily. I had booked the only available room category on MakeMyTrip ie Silve Room type category. At the time of check in, they told me that Silve Room has separated beds only. On asking for twin (unseparated double) bed, they told me that I needed to pay the difference for some type of higher category room. This is quite surprising and annoying for me. Okay, then I agreed to pay the difference, and got the twin (unseparated double) bed room. On entering the room, I noticed that some part of the ceiling was not covered with the false ceiling and that looked very shabby and ugly. So I requested for change of room. The changed room was strictly okay. The bathrooms were ill equipped. The towel was dirty. Bath soap was not provided. I had to get the towel changed, and the changed towel too, was not as okay as it should be. Very poor room service. Since that was evening time, I wanted ice for my drink. I ordered. They took pretty long time and many reminder calls for that. Next day morning, I wanted some coffee powder, dairy whitener, and sugar, as the provided material was pretty insufficient for me. So I ordered. They again took pretty long time and many reminder calls for providing that. In short, pitiable room service. In no case, this could be marked as any star rated hotel. This is just like a lodge. Only remarkable thing is the morning breakfast, which is variety and delitious. Overall, try to avoid this hotel.

I am speechless. This place is a dump. Literally. They gave me a fan since the ac didn't work and that's just the beginning, my images speak for itself. This hotel should be stripped off all online travel agencies.

The rooms are not available even after 5pm, the AC won't cool below 25 C even in the morning 8 am. AC is a centralised one no remote for AC.... Room boys are so lazy.... 200% not for family, may be only for the student or business ones who can make use of stay near to Airport.

I booked this hotel through Make My Trip based on the recommendations of my friend and the only plus for the Hotel is the proximity to the Airport. It seems to be a good Hotel with all the facilities like Pool, Gym etc. But the property needs to be renovated at the earliest. The Bath Tub was not properly fixed, the wash basin tap terrorize you with a weird sound when it is turned on. The main door should be banged hardly to get closed if not an alarm sound will start and it disturbed everybody. Service staff need to be trained as there are huge communication gap. You will have to call a minimum of three times to get a coffee. The front office staff are raw and they were charging me very less for the food I have consumed. Some of the bills were missing. They do not know where the bills will be. Though they are very polite and smiling they seriously lag training. Then I told them to take a reprint of those bills.They are ignorant to the core. I wanted to meet the GM and informed the front office. I stayed there for three days and I couldn't meet him. To conclude, I would say the GM is highly incompetent and the management needs to be pro active to renovate the Hotel and also to train the staff.

I had a friends family booked it yesterday and felt very bad service, maintenance, no Ac working proper, reception incharge was not responding worst services. Not worth the review or money a single penny. Not even the door bell was working.
