Room service is prompt and quick with friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are kept clean and sparkling. I tasted fish fry at the restaurant it tasted like authentic Kerala food. The management made my stay so comfortable with efficient and prompt service.

Best part is this place is centrallly located. The TV was giving a bad reception so viewing was a pain and the hot cold water tap had only cold water running.

The hotel is near to Pune Railway Station. The hotel is slightly away from the busy road. This gives an added advantage to its location. The Hotel served complimentary breakfast. The south Indian dishes served were of very good taste. I recommend this Hotel to any traveller to Pune.

This is the worst place that I've ever seen. Beds, pillow , room , washroom and everything was cruddy and unhygienic and it's not safe for girls because of the weird customers of this hotel and staff. Sorry but this is true . TripAdvisor please work on this or black list this hotel.

it is a really good hotel for short stays. the single rooms are really really small with just a bed , a writing table and space enough to move. the bathrooms are clean and you can get toiletries by paying the actual rates. the breakfast served is good.

Complete con hotel. Please don't take ur family and go to this hotel. Got cheated with fares room water break fast. Unhygienic and bad behaved frontdesk. Special mention to KUNAL sales manager who lies looking straight at u . was told a rate and made to pay another. PH Num -8308819133. . please please stay away.

I wanted to stay in this hotel between 22nd to 25th of August 2016 for 3 nights, and booked online. But when I reached the hotel, what I saw in the picture was not exactly what I saw in reality. Very bad front office staff, and the first thing that put me off was mosquitos in the room. Since I had 2 kids with me, I wanted to move out of this hotel immediately, but since I already paid for a day, they did not allow me to check out and refund and they told that the problems would be sorted out. The air condition was bad quality and the taps in the bathroom were not working properly. The rooms had a bad smell, and the complimentary breakfast room was the next day was crowded with conference crowd and they did not have enough seating for the room guest. When I called reception in the night for a universal charging port for my laptop the answer was rude. I had taken 2 rooms with both the families experienced the same sort of treatment. I checked out of this dam hotel the next morning without even having breakfast and moved across to the Hotel called Pancharatna just across the road, and even it if was bit pricer than Madhav international I had a much better experience at this place.

It was a fabulous stay at hotel. Nice and very prompt staff always ready to help food and breakfast quality was good but they should increase few more items. WiFi quality is a bit slow bt it was fine.
