Overall this hotel is okay. But I had a bad experience. I stayed for 3 nights and on the second night I went to the restroom and the toilet in my room exploded with water. It almost was hitting the ceiling and took the lid off of the back tank (it didn't fly off, just got kind of pushed off). In my frantic rush to try and stop it I hit my head and got a bad cut and a bump. They did come quickly once I called and when it was clear that it couldn't be fixed quickly they moved me to another room. I had to hurriedly pack my things at 3 AM and go into another room. I understand these things happen, but I was not offered help for the cut until breakfast the next morning when I mentioned it to the person who spoke with me about it. The only thing I was offered as recompense was tea/coffee/or to get me something from the breakfast buffet. Considering that the breakfast was already included in my room, they pretty much offered nothing for my trouble. I don't expect them to comp the entire stay or anything, but maybe a discounted drink at the bar, dinner, something. Or maybe even just a small reduction for the night where it happened. The fact that the hotel basically just shrugged that this happened to me made it clear to me that they just did not care that much at all about what happened. I get that this incident can happen at any hotel, but the reaction being so "meh" about it bothered me quite a lot. The hotel gets 3 stars because it is still a nice place and some of the staff are very friendly. But if anything goes wrong just don't expect anything other than the bare minimum from the management here.

Luxurious hotel. Kitchen and Laundry are provided. A bit far from Metro Station but within walking distance for me. About 20min walk. They provided every possible service and I have nothing to say other than pleasant stay.

Fantastic hotel and staff. The staff was particularly attentive. Kristie was particularly helpful. The gym is great with good equipment, the pool is nice and the breakfast is fantastic. The location could be easier to walk places but I mean hey it’s India.

I stayed 25 nights in this hotel. The service is good. Suites rooms are great but the kitchen isn't fully equipped to cook. More pans, bowls and basic ingredients like Oil, Salt, Pepper would help. The hotel is one long building and has no green area which is a drawback. There is always a burning smell in the atmosphere probably because of garbage burning on the roads on which the hotel has little control. Another point was that the hotel had little discount on the dinner package for guests staying for the long term. Although you can order online and it is delivered on the main security They don't allow liquor from outside and are quite strict about it so keep checking every bag on the security.

Hotels are a very different vibe. Honestly the apartment experience did not inspired me from a lazy checkin process to getting a room ( king size ) knowing we are two guys staying together. Also the room that we got was in one corner of the building irrespective of rooms being available. Zero five star feel , getting a suit experience would be the last thing that will come to your mind.
