Treebo Trend Regency

This is one of my favorite stays as j stayed here second time and probably will stay here again. Budget hotel, spacious rooms with bathtubs. However so much attention required on maintains in room and bathroom. Supervisor and inspection requires. Overall it's nice and comfy stay. Big windows and bathtub is plus point. Also there is miscommunication, I was asked to pay for room service I didn't order, of course I didn't pay but took my time in rush. Also no use of web check in as you need to give your IDs again.

It was my first stay with treebo and it was a very awesome experience. Highly satisfied by room hygiene, and other services. This property has space to park cars and bikes so parking issues aren't there. Located about 10 minutes from pune station

1) cleaniness - No one came for house keeping though i told, second day evening it was cleaned 2) Room service is poor, very late service 3) fixed options for breakfast 4) TV signal issues 6) No recharge for Sport channels

Thanks a lot for makin us feel so welcomed. It felt ver home like.. having our own space for ourselves. I loved the oak furnishings and the room servicing was done properly ..... The time spent there was

We booked a 1 night's stay at Treebo Regency , which was appalling. The fridge in the room was completely covered in mould on the inside There was a dead cockroach behind the sofa cushion which furthermore appeared unclean. There was further mould on the walls of the bath area The soap smelt foul and toilet flushes appeared broken. Upon complaining and insisting that we should be relocated, we were told that rooms were uavailable. The person-in-charge, despite being told about these problems should have made an effort to come up and look into the matter in person. Instead she offered to ask a staff to clean the roach. The staff who approached us suggested we could switch rooms and showed us another available room (note that we were informed only minutes ago that rooms were unavailable) The room we were shown had a strong smell of smoke in the room itself and a strong smell of urine in the bathroom. There was no fridge in this room The kettle, we only realised at the end of the day , did not function. I would strongly NOT RECOMMEND this hotel to any visitors based on its cleanliness and staff service.
