Residency Lake Resort

I will definitely recommend this hotel. The view is great, location is peaceful and quiet. The staff is really helpful and friendly. Overall we had a great stay. The panoramic lake view rooms are on a top level and bit away from reception and pool area. So senior citizens may find it tiresome to go and come from the rooms. These rooms are bigger but very old construction and furniture. The grand view rooms are new construction with latest style of interiors and furniture. Though they don't give as great view but we like the grand view rooms better as everything was brand new in these rooms. Also they are very close to reception, play area and entry gate.

The resort is located at an excellent location, with the rooms looking right to the river, but at some distance. The rooms are spacious and can easily accommodate upto 2 adults and 2 kids. The bathroom is spacious, but limited hot water. The restaurant can accommodate upto 30 TO 40 people at a time. The food is delicious and the buffet spread is a bit repetitive and less. The swimming pool is big and maintained, looks great at night. The kids play area could have been maintained a bit. The indoor games are a bit outdoor. People should use it wisely and resort should maintain it.

Very nice location and scenic view. Rooms are large and comfortable. Staff is very courteous and caring. Clean environment. Lot of activities for kids and adults. Vishnu ji and his Food and Beverage team is enthusiastic to serve with love. Safe property.

I am writing to share my disappointment with our recent stay at your resort. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet our expectations, especially given the high price we paid. 1. Accessibility Issues: There were a lot of stairs to reach our room, which we were not informed about beforehand. This made it inconvenient and tiring, especially as we were not prepared for such arrangements. 2. Service Delays: We ordered tea to our room, but it was never delivered, which was frustrating and showed a lack of attention to guest requests. 3. Limited Breakfast Options: The breakfast lacked variety and did not meet the standard we expected from a resort of your reputation. 4. Unprofessional Staff: The staff appeared untrained and unprofessional, which impacted the overall quality of service during our stay. 5. Limited Children’s Facilities: For a family-friendly resort, we expected more for children. However, there were only a few playing tools available, which was disappointing and fell short of what we had anticipated for the price paid. These issues significantly diminished the value of our experience, and we felt that the services and amenities provided did not align with the premium pricing. We strongly recommend improving staff training, providing better communication about the resort's facilities during booking, expanding breakfast options, and enhancing the facilities and activities for children. Attention to such details is crucial for guest satisfaction and maintaining a positive reputation. We hope you take this feedback constructively and work towards addressing these concerns.
