ST LAURN HOTEL,KOREGAON PARK

While booking from your site, it was mentioned that the rates are inclusive of pick up vehicle. When we enquired about the same, they told me that it is chargeable. there was no complementary cookies and fruits in the room though it was written in the brochure provided in the room. when enquired they told that the same is not complimentary. . Towels and napkins were not sufficient inspite of the fact that they were knowing the no. of people in advance. No dental kit was provided. for everything we have to call them and then only they use to provide the things. At the time of check in there were no rooms available. we had booked 3 rooms but when we reached at 3.00 pm they provide only one room and other two rooms we got after 45 minutes. but at the time of check out hotel staff did not allow us even single room for two hours.

loved the hotel as the staff was frendly and nice the only problem is that we could not swim as they kept a party on the pool deck and i was very frustrating that was the only minus point in the stay the bath room is awesome and room is very good looks very big in pics but it is a normal size room

Overall a great stay! Services provided are very good. I used the airport drop facility and felt really special. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I totally recommend this place!! Book away, without thinking.
