ST LAURN HOTEL,KOREGAON PARK

I booked this hotel expecting clean rooms and good service, given its prime location. Unfortunately, my experience was quite the opposite. 1. The room was disappointing’dust and cobwebs on the AC vents, old towels, and an overall shabby appearance. The service was extremely slow; I had to call multiple times for basic requests. The pricing was also unreasonable’’156 for a cold drink that typically costs ’40, which is more like five-star pricing without the five-star experience. 2. At night, hotel staff assured me that my car would be washed for ’250, which I paid. However, the service was never provided, and the hotel showed no concern when I brought it up. I even provided written feedback, but I have no confidence that it will be taken seriously. Apart from the location, there’s nothing noteworthy about this place. You can easily find a better hotel nearby for the same price.

The hotel is around 10 mins away from Pune railway station. I stayed on their first floor room. The room is spacious, the mattress was comfortable. The bathroom is also spacious with a tub. However there was a cockroach in the bathroom.

Great place, but the rooms are seriously outdated and need work. Service is super slow, even though the staff are nice. It's just not worth the cost; not enough amenities and the restaurant is expensive. I'll go somewhere else next time. Even though it's non-smoking, someone will smoke in their room, and because of the central air, you'll smell cigarettes all day’really annoying for non-smokers.

Hotel washroom in lobby stinks ,hotel is full of mosquitos, I booked the place for an official get together for 10 ppl ,food service everything was below average for what I paid Cleanliness is surely not their priority. Hotel is very crowded maybe because of location.... I will surely not go here ever again

They needed to work a lot in the rooms.The towels were smelling bad and did not look fresh.The service is late and the staff have a casual attitude. The water which was served in the bottle was not RO water as it smelled of chlorine.The running water also contained lots of Chlorine.The bathrooms were not clean when checked upon.Thr bedsheets were not clean either.
