I was booked in HHI by my office, reached HHI at around 11:00PM. Asked reception to not give me their claustrophobic back side rooms, she gave me exactly opposite of my request the last room, so long for corporate preference :) Anyways this room was dirty to the core with dust all around and had a horrible smoking smell in it. I asked to change my room and I was given an even smaller room with a noisy A/C & A/C controls not working, I was too tiered to move again but I was mistaken as this sleep led to serious cough & cold the next morning! Good things: Got food at 11:00PM at night, not tasty enough but filling. Breakfast spread was good and check-out was swift as well. For the rive I paid and the experience I got, I do not recomment HHI Pune to anyone else. Have raised a complaint in my office as well and I for sure is not staying again,

Rooms were good and spacious. Breakfast was really bad. Less options, stale milk. Didn't inform that breakfast is til 10am on Sundays( other days till 10.30) Hot water was also an issue. I would rather stay in nearby hotels in the same area at the same price.

While the room itself was acceptable, there were too many things which fell short of expectations: 1. The buffet breakfast was invariably short of stuff requiring much cajoling and reminders for a refill. 2. No replenishment of laundry bags or lists in the room. Was charged wrongly for items as being dry-cleaned (instead of ordinary laundry), which was not asked for and cost more. Despite being informed well in time, the staff was too disorganized or disinclined to correct the bill, which ultimately I choose to pay and leave, due to the inordinate delays and the staff's lackadaisical attitude. 3. The lady at check out claimed a hand towel was missing, until I told her none had been kept and offered that my baggage be checked! 4. Check out was not at all smooth and required numerous requests for bill to be made. 5. While transport paid by the hotel was part of our deal, on the final day we had to pay for the call taxi which had been hailed by the hotel staff. 6. Food and snacks served during dinner at the rooftop had little variety. Overall a disappointing experience

This is a cozy hotel hidden behind buildings and not too flashy in advertising. The rooms are comfortable and modern. The people are receptive and responsive. I was here on a business trip and so it was only an overnight stay.

I was irritated when they started charging for drinking water bottles, which nobody does now. Worst part was front desk staff was not even ashamed of feedback and were happily arguing in favor of hotel policy. Normal water was given in used water bottles...not even a jar!! Ice bucket for 50! Both these are not about pricing, they make guests dissatisfied. Staff is not trained...even 1 hr prior info of airport drop was not executed. Breakfast does not have best quality, its just okay. Saw quite a big crowd of wedding, so it better for buisness travellers to avoid. The hotel building is overdone right from reception to room, they have stuffed too much things which has taken away the decency of the place. No on main road but sandwiched between some residential area. Not worth the price. Will never visit again. Good Part ~ near airport. Appx 10 mins.
