The place is horrible. Rooms were extremely dirty and stinking. Bathrooms were poorly maintaned. I had booked two rooms, and they were not of the same standard. Bedrolls did not fit the beds and were not comfortable.

1) Hotel is located in very interior. Not many autos and taxis are aware of the hotel. We had a tough time locating the hotel. Conveyance was not available late night from the important places to hotel. 2) Looks like it was a house earlier which has been converted into a hotel. It lacks all modern amenities like no lift, no telephone, beds were very old, no arrangements with travel services. Water was stagnant on the way to room. 3) The room was damp, toilets stinking, lot of mosquitoes at night and they gave us a Mortein coil. Because of the smoke which we were not used to, it made us uneasy. 4) No provision of hot water. You have to order a bucket on a chargeable basis. The door lock was not working. 5) Toilets did not have English seat. No cupboards inspite of being a Deluxe Room. It lacked towels, soaps etc. 6) Food was the only good thing. It was homely and served well. Overall I would not recommend this to any traveller. Many other better hotels are available in a similar budget in Puri.

It was the worst experience with this hotel. Staff was untrained and manager was rude. There was a small room in which 1 men use to prepare a food which was very unhygienic. Entire property was not maintained well. Basic thing were missing. I will certainly not recommend this hotel.

We took the train to puru from kharakpur station (prushotam express ) and reached puri early morning at 6 am. We had already booked our room at hotel surya garden .we were total 9 boys.we booked 3 ac rooms.the hotel was around 1 km walking distance from beach. The rooms were spacious and neat and tidy. The staffs were also cooperative. The hotel was walking distance from Jagannath temple. We booked a traveller 12 seater and visited puri and bhubneshwar. One should must visit nandabkanan sanctury.we visited almost each and every place of puri and oddisha. One must visit chilka lake. But you should go in group otherwise they charge too much. One should also try the bhog(Prasad lunch) of jagganath temple. We returned late at night but the staff of hotel were very nice. The only problem there was the water problem. They were filling the bottles from well. Otherwise its very nice and was around 1000 for double bed ac.

Had a horrible experience at the hotel, very dirty rooms looks more like a dharamshala...geyser doesnt work...AC doesnt work They dont provide towel, soap unlike other standard signs of cleanliness..Reception is all dusty looks like has not been cleaned since years. Manager is a greedy fellow who just wants money charges double money for sighting around Puri where if you rent from outside the same service is much cheaper. Please never checkin to this hotel!!!

Good hotel........... with nice service n staff........... in between the beach and temple...................we had booked 3 ac room in the above floor. Hotel has no lift............but we faced no problem for luggage as hotel staff took the luggage upstairs n down......... You can try this

This hotel can only be described as a dharamshala which has seen better days. The place is filthy, the manager insolent and uncooperative. The linen seems to be cleaned once a month. We were not even given a towel. The rooms are dirty, damp and wiring is hanging from the walls. Common areas are equally dirty. Avoid this place like the plague.

Hi Guys, I have nver seen as terrible restaurant like this. You will feel like staying in flood relief camp...its look like it has been terribly affected by cyclone Phalin..the photos which you see on any of the sites like ibibo/makemytrip or there own site is actually what u wont ever see anything like that....hotel mgmt is worst..u book one type of room they will provide some other room ...bathrom stinks like gutter...inside the hotel the mattress will be there in the open exposed to sun/rain/fog everything...the pillow are stinking...bathroom has no windows..have attached the actual photos of the intercom facility...TV cable bill not paid so no channels looks worst in photo and inside ohh GOD....please stay in railway station waiting room..i am sure it wud be better...
