we are very much thankful to for making our tour programme for puri etc yatra.
We are giving our feedback for hotel LARICA Puri, which was under the management of Said to be renowned brand OYO .
WE were treated there as most disrespected, disregarded and neglected so called GUEST .
NO reception at arrival at hotel.
Even water was not served at reception.
Rooms were not cleaned.
No water provided we have paid 30/per bottle for water.
No room service .
No Phone at reception
Electrical points were loosened,open and were inviting for any accident.
Air conditioners were not working.
Behaviour of total staff wasvery very far from any degree of satisfactoion, including ManagerMr. Bhattacharya
except the counter receptionist ms Sujata .
All rain water was flowing in number of rooms.
No phone on the reception except one mobile which was also kept switched of & this was also tested by OYO people e.g Mr.Raghav,ms.anchal sharma, Mr.Vaibhav and various other at call centre . These all complaints are recorded in OYO call centre.

Clumpsy Room with Dirty Bedsheets and towels provided. Stinky Toilet and Hot water Geiser not working. Charged extra without any reason and explaining, even though we booked and payed in advance. Not Satisfied with my stay. Not worth of the payment made. Wouldn't recommend any of my friends.
This property has many facility in reasonable price, food is good too.
Would like management to be proactive in checking facility regular basis like water clogging in toilet, mosquito, pest & bad smell in rooms.
All stuffs are very good & prompt in action though.
Location is good, but entrance is not ok.Reception area is not good,lightings are bad, being taking rate of Rs 3000, service is pathetic, for breakfast you need to wait almost an hour in morning.Stewards don't provide cutleries in room service only a spoon.
Phone are not working,if any thing need to call them in their number.
Swipe machine has kept just for show.
Manager is good.
Over all experience not satisfactory.
Visited on 30th June. Location in frint of sea, sea visible from every rooms. Seems owner did very hard work and put huge money to build it. But those who were given the respinsiblity to take care are too lousy to maintain it. There is prominent service laose and lack of service people. Back side childrens park has been converted to dump. Costly sewarage system seems not maintained for years. You can see the pathetic service standard at the reception where the aquarium are not even maintained.
Prebooked room not alloted , rather 3 rd floor room alloted.
You cant avail lift after sea bath, which says you have to climb 3rd floor without choice though during booking they promised first floor room.
Phone not working,no response after repeated reporting. Everytime you have to go to reception to tell your need.
Floor mat not given after repeated reporting. Which keeps room sand filled all through.
Bed cover , pillow cover not changed during stay. Dont know whether changed at all.Room was clean though.
If any technical issue of infra- service happens , your prob. Like if AC not working due tech fault its your money and your fault.
Bed Tea is pathetic.
In puri unlike anywhere checkout is at 7 am rather than 11am. My train was at 1:30 pm. I had a 6 yrs old kid with me. I checked out on time and requested if they can avail me a room for 1 hour to get freshen up before moving to station. My worry was for the kid. They demanded 1200/- for 1 hour. Larica is a brand , they are well known group, not expected.
