We were on a visit to the Jagannath Temple and stayed at this hotel for 3 days!During these three days we were completely pampered by the staff and their service. Very welcoming and warm atmosphere.The food was very well made and tasty! Special compliments to Chef Dibya and Hari who were always there for any kind of help ! Over all a Very pleasing and wonderful experience! Loved the sunshine smile at the reception !

We had a wonderful time at pramod..the rooms were so well decorated..thanks to jyoti..and after that we had a awesome mouth watering candle night dinner at the courtyard..and thank u deepak for choosing the best food delicacies..and had a wonderful time at the spa..thanks to dipti ma'am and all this was arranged and managed by the most wonderful person of Pramod..swarna ma'am..I would like to thank team Pramod for making our day so peasant and wonderful..which we will cherish as memories for days to come.

It's a good place to spend a weekend with friends family and loved ones. I would any day prefer Pramod over Mayfair. Pramod is better in terms of within hotel facilities amenities and entertainment. Perfect for weekend but not good for long stays.

The hotel room is nice and decent sized and staff is good , courteous. The breakfast buffet was not upto the mark . Location of the hotel is central though . It doesnt have a beach to it but is at two minutes walk . All in all , its value for money for the room .

We decided to stay in this Resort based on recommendation from a friend. We were a family of 4. We stayed in this resort for 3 nights. The first impression of the place was very good. We were treated very well by every staff. They were smiling all the time and checking whether we are comfortable. We stayed in Queens Court Room. Nothing very special about the room but should say that it was good. The attached private Balcony with Sea view was very good. The Entry Door to Room is very Narrow and causes a lot of in-convenience. Nothing great about the attached Bath / Toilet. The towels were old and looked worn out. The same quality of towels were delivered when we requested for a replacement. Room Service was good. Food in the attached restaurant was Great. Special thanks to the Front Office person Mr.Rakesh. He was very nice and handled all requirements of ours very professionally. He arranged cab to visit various places in Puri. He put us on to one Mr.Babu who personally took us around the Jagannatha temple and explained everything. We never had any problem visiting the temple and to see the god on all the days we stayed. Our special thanks to Mr.Babu. The Beach is very close by to the Resort and is really good. Overall we had a good time at the Resort.
