I was quite confused to book a Hotel in Purnia in Bihar, for my memory Purnia was a small town underdeveloped as usual all the cities of Bihar. But after checking in the hotel I could not resist my exclamation! The room was cozy, services were better than expectation. Front desk was helpful. We really enjoyed the homeliness while staying there for two days and recommend for others to avail the service. I visited Purnia after 40 years in search of my root. Thanks TripAdvisor.

The Hotel is among a very choices you have in this small town of Purnea. It is just at the walking distance of private bus stand but the location is quite interior. This is a budget hotel with very minimal amenities. The hotel is poorly planned and you will see a lot of rooms with very disproportionate walls and corners. Bedding are the hardest you could find. unable to sleep. I changed my room thrice because of the bedding, but once I got to know that all the bed are same, I chose a big room. The AC was noisy but efficient. WiFi was not working. A big disappointment. The room had literally no view but an incomplete building nearby. Breakfast another sad affair, with a very lazy service. The overall service is slow and no one at the hotel was professional enough. But I think that is a problem everywhere in rural towns. One staff- Mr Jha volunteered to book my bus ticket for Darbhanga and charged me sleeper for a seat. I got to know once I reached the bus. I called the reception to complain but the guy said that they will SEE. Overall, the hotel is just fine. I heard that there is another better hotel nearby. Should've tried that one.

Rooms are averagely maintained. Added to this are the mosquito menace in and around the hotel premises. Wash rooms are totally run down. Its more of a cosmetic appearance of the room. More thrust towards to the upkeep of the property is highly suggested. The main advantage of the property is proximity to the main bazaar area. Wifi was not working at all.

After coming from Bhubaneswar all way down to a town like Purnia and finding such a hotel with excellent service was just awesome experience for me. Evrything was excellent but sometimes the order of the bathroom changes a bit. And I will recommend to fix exhaust fans in bathrooms so that instead of opening the Windows for freshness it can be used .

Average experience in terms of service and comfort. But since there is no other good hotel in the Purnia and Purnia itself is very small, it's the only left option. Food is really tasty and staff is friendly.
