There isn't much to like about Aaram Baagh in Pushkar, other than the location (it is tucked away about thirty minutes from Pushkar). The food is pretty average- the buffet isn't particularly good, so maybe ask the staff to provide you with separate food. The new year's entertainment was loud and we didn't really enjoy it, other than the rock band that came to play. The service was not bad; the waiter who was serving us really took care of us, and that was fine. The rooms were quite spacious, which was a good thing. There was an incident, which I shall come to later. We were booked into their Greek Villas, which were a bunch of rooms in their 'Greek Court' area. There were quite a few statues (all in a bright golden colour), supposed to be depicting different Greek gods, or famous people from Ancient Greece. Now, I don't know much about history, but those statues looked rather garish (and fake) to me. Now for the incident; in the room I was staying, we tried to switch on a lamp, which immediately caused sparks, and tripped all the electricity in the room. Upon closer inspection, I saw that the wire had broken some while ago, and had (presumably by the hotel staff), been tied together, and left exposed, without even being taped over. This was pretty dangerous, and had me checking every electrical item I used in the room before turning it on. On the whole, the hotel isn't very well maintained- there is paint peeling, and most of the doors are scratched, and the place has a general air of ill-maintenance. Not recommended if you want a nice, luxury resort. Another thing is, the hotel staff (at the front office) tried to swindle us into paying extra money for the rooms. They overcharged for both the rooms we had booked. The sales office assured us that we would receive a refund that hasn't come through yet.
Nice resorts with good rooms.Service is bit issue .Food is also okay. The arabian style rooms are goo and tribal rooms are vey basic. The location is also good .Basically its a value for money .Keep it up and improve your sevice
We have organised Alumni Meet of Doctors pass out from SN Medical Collage Jodhpur first batch. The all arrangements were outstanding at resort Aram Bagh, Pushkar. The property, rooms, ambiance, Food, Staff behavior, services all were upto the mark. The clients were very happy and appreciate the resort arrangements. We especially thanks to Mr Pradeep Mathur for keeping all his promises.
Currently we had booked a stay at Aarambagh Spa and Resort a property of Pachar Group, Pushkar for 1st January,2018. On 2nd Jaunary, 2018 10-10.30 am around me , my son Darsh and couple of others were playing around the playing area and the hotels pet dog was roaming around freely. After sometime the dog started disturbing us and we had to vacate the playing area and moved to the garden.
The next we know the dog pounced upon my child and me and both of us fell down struggling to get the dog off him. Everyone around heard us scream and ran to save us while the dog was still running around like a stray mad dog.
My child got a long scratch on his back and was howling in pain. On asking the Hotel management to call the doctor and the manager we heard only one response that they are arriving shortly.
After waiting for an hour a COMPOUNDER came to check the wound and the manager was no where to be seen.
We had to rush to the closest clinic to ensure the safety of our child. The doctor has instructed us to get him injected for rabies as a precaution ( looking further into it)
The hotel manager and staff is least bothered to look after the grievance and are taking the matter really lightly.
This is to inform all friends and family , that we visited at aram bagh on Jan 1 , private dog of general manager bite our child , when we asked them for explanation they say that was by mistake , after asking for doctor , a compounder was called after waiting 1 hour , we had to rush to city for injection to city pushkar .
Manager didn't came in front after waiting for 6hours we declined to check out .
They offered to refund our 33000 but later they kept changing statements from refund to complimentary room night .
They even declined to give money or anything in writing
I request everyone not to visit this place in future if u love your children
