Currently, the only online booking site to book the hotel is Stayzilla. Just after I made this booking I read some of the comments here, that the hotel closed/not honoring Stayzilla so I called the contact person of the hotel, Mr. Kuldeep Singh which was nicely mentioned in the confirmation voucher, and indeed he confirmed that the hotel is under renovation now and will not able to accommodate. I don't know why the hotel would still allow to sell rooms through the third party. I have raised the concern to Stayzilla customer care for the full refund. Thank you, Tripadvisor! Otherwise I would have gone directly to the hotel and stood hopeless in front of the building. The hotel may be a very good property with friendly service, but I hope the hotel team would rectify the issue to avoid the similar problem to potential customers next time. Since I cannot comment anything on the property itself, I have given a 2 star at best - otherwise the experience itself is 1 star at the moment!
