Comfortable & Affordable stay and pleasant
We were provided with cozy big rooms, food was provided even at odd hours. Attendant was sent to pick us and drop us at convenient and familiar locations. No inconvenience was felt at any point of time. Overall good experience.
Hotel is in good area, but I am not happy with the services, also staffs are not so co-operative....In future I will not recommend this hotel to my family also my friends...
Hotel though located in the back alley has good view of the lake. Hotel is badly built and even more unprofessionally run.No Light in the Bathroom, Broken Mug in Bathroom Replaced with another partially broken one with a lot of stains. Roof top restaurants food quality is lower than a Dhaba in Pushkar. The hotel is shown as a 2 Star property on the TG site but is a low run down Motel with a makeshift Kitchen. Please do not Confuse it With Pushkar Palace which is a 2 star hotel, This shares The Name i.e. Pushkar Lake Palace but instead of a 2 star its minus 2 stars.
this is by far the worst hotel in Rajasthan. Apart from the bloodstains in the bedsheets, hair in the 'bathroom' and used towels I found the arrogant attitude of the staff and complete ignorance to even try to provide any service most insulting. Shame!

This is not a palace, common old fashion of rooms , they still are using a key with a lock as it was in 18th century, the bed are very high, you must "climb" to your bed, the hot water was poor, don't look for luxury, but the "palace" has a romantic view over the lake, and sitting on the balcony you stair on the people from all kind washing in the holy lake, the rooms were clean, only one small elevator which serves all the guests.
Very welcoming on arrival and good hotel staff to get into the room. The room was clean but on the small side, but bed was decent size. Water was charged from minibar. Saw no sign of a wi fi signal. Bath with shower over. Worked ok but shower mixer a bit dodgy and dfficult to set temperature but otherwise ok. We were on end room and were baddly affected by noise from outside until arounf 3.30 am. Party time in Pushkar the night we stayed for sure. Poor breakfast surly staff in line with some other reviews! Re training needed. We're glad we ate out at dinner the previous night because of the staff and the dining rooms which were stuffy and old fashioned. Plenty of alternatives just around the corner. Overall we enjoyed ourselves, the seating overlooking the lake makes up for most things and the room was clean if a bit small - note that other rooms seemed a bit bigger and may have been quieter - suggest you avoid corner rooms!
Being the most expensive hotel in the centre of Pushkar, the room was very disappointing and staff quite unfriendly. The first night there was a wedding celebration around with very loud music and they didn't do anything to make sure they stopped when it supposed to finish so he couldn't sleep until 2am. WIFI doesn't work in the rooms, only at the reception. Great views to the lake
The hotel is very deceiving! It looks old and rundown on the outside but when you enter and make your way towards your room the view gets unbelieveable! The rooms are very clean and well maintained. It had a very vintage feel that transported you back in time. At night the buildings surrounding the lake are lit up which enhances the beauty of the location. The service was good. There are a two restaurants across the hotel which extremely convenient! Overall a great experience!
The description is slightly misleading. I did not know what to expect but was looking forward to a different experience. However, upon arrival, we felt that this was a highly commercial place and although it is directly next to the lake but there is no access. The rooms are strange as there is a bygone era charm but things are shabby and uncomfortable. The best thing about the hotel is the corridor on the third floor that gives you a panoramic view of the lake. The restaurant is average - note that it is a vegan hotel. We were happy to leave early the following day. There were dogs barking all night.
