I had a horrified experience in hotel Jetty Grand from 3/06/14 to 05/06/14. Firstly the room was very small, there was no space even to keep my luggage or wardrobe space for clothes. Most of the time during my stay there was no AC , and when I asked I was told that there was no power supply. I paid for Ac accommodation and I don't care if the power is there or not you should be providing AC at any cost. I had stayed in lots of hotels in our state, never have I received such a lame excuse. Room service was the worst, I had to wait for hours and make several calls to get 2 bottles of water . Furthermore I had to pay an extra amount of 100 rs before I left for the water bottles and milk I had ordered , which I had already paid to the room service guy. And people used to knock my door even after I had put do not disturb. Not to mention the services of the restaurant. They have a very lousy staff, I don't know how they got a 3 star status. Akshaya hotel opposite to Jetty Grand has far more better services and at a very cheap price. This is not just my opinion, there were other guests in your hotel who were very furious.

They have no kitchen in there hotel and serving complementary breakfast from outside hotel which are not fresh and also served cool . Room service is also not good staff are rude too but room is good and a decent wifi connection is there located in the center of the city.
we are tourists from USA visiting extended family .Cleaning staff stole our smart phone and we told the management we would pay the remaining bill for our stay after they find our phone which the manager agreed and 30 minutes later we would assume they talked to Mr. Prasad Rao Jetty to come back and say they would hold the luggage hostage if we didnt pay . The manager went on to say i would assume if i didnt pay he has to pay which is what i assume Mr Prasad rao Jetty ( owner ) said . Shell shocked at the way this was handled. From my understanding the owner said that we should have put the smart phone in the locker . I asked them how about my laptop it doesnt fit in the locker . Their answer " well you didnt loose the laptop right "
The property is a new one, it's more of a Boutique Hotel. Staff service is ok, but very limited staff & limited parking. The restaurant opens at 8.30 am, so we have opted for no breakfast & got some discount. It's in a busy commercial road. You shouldn't expect very good Non- Vegetarian food nearby.
This is a clean hotel, close to the railway station, with above average amenities. Bathrooms are maintained well, which is not common in Rajahmundry hotels; so that was a big relief. However, the service was very poor. The room service does not start till 7:30 AM, which was very inconvenient - most travelers would like a hot cup of coffee or tea first thing in the morning. The complimentary breakfast was so bad that we had to leave it half-way and go to the Udipi Restaurant across the street. I would advise you to stay here only for the clean toilets.
I have visited on 18 November 2015, poor maintenance,they never pickup the reception phone,breakfast is worst,only two dishes tariff is 2400 with taxes there are many better options in rajahmundry for this tariff
