the best hotel I have ever stayed in at this budget. spacious rooms with all modern amenities. Good hygiene level. staffs are very cooperative and courteous. Food in restaurant is well prepared and i will also rate free breakfast high. only negative point was slow wifi in the room which can be improved. one incident i would like to mention here is that I lost my ipad at hotel. on informing the hotel manager about this, he ensured that in case it is lost in hotel, i will get it soon. since i had to continue on onward journey for Ahmadabad, i couldn't wait for long but to my utter surprise, before i board my bus, they found my ipad and got it delivered to me at bus stand. really appreciate this gesture. i guess whenever i will be visiting Rajkot, i will not look for any other option but Evergrand.

With the Facade you'll set your expectations real high, but i was certainly disappointed. After my long journey from Mumbai i reached the hotel at 9.30. Restaurant was closed was requested to place the order from room which was not that great but okay for a overnight stay. The order arrived after 75- 80 mins that too after number of calls to the housekeeping. Food quality was okay.

Stayed here on 9th Jan night for some hours, but the experience was terrible. There was no toilet rolls when we checked in, no morning tea as there was some LPG connection problem at hotel, and worst while sleeping I saw 1-2 very smalI ants type insects on my phone I didn't pay much attention to it but when I woke up I saw many small ants on the bed and my beard and hairs. That was the worst... Although the hotel looks good from outside from inside it's very dirty. I had taken the room at 12am at night and left the place by 5-6am. I have travelled a lot and stayed at rooms of Rs 500/- also bUt never had such a experience... Never ever going back here..

I found the hotel to be lovely, the airport pickup was exemplary even though it was booked at a late hour. The room was spacious and the internet, fast. The restaurant was a delight with gracious service.

Our travel agent Compass had booked us this hotel on transit from Bhuj to Dwaraka for a night's stay. This was a wrong place to stay, even if it was for a night. Hotel room is very dingy, dirty and the restaurant is not good at all! The team in the restaurant had no clue as to what is getting cooked and what they are serving! We were disappointed that Compass travel agent had considered this hotel for us and also disappointed with the stay!
