We reached the place at about 7 pm. At the reception the person told us that there was no such booking. When I showed him the email copy, he called up the number on the email, spoke to that person and then agreed to give us the room. We have never stayed in a dirtier room than what wss provided to us. We had a look at 3 rooms and chose the least dirtiest. The bedsheets and the pillows looked like they hadn't been washed for days on end. The bathroom had a foul smell. The person at the counter was not able to guide us properly regarding the Tiger Safari that I had booked online. He told us that people stand in a queue at 4.30 am at the forest office to collect their boarding passes. However, when we reached the forest office at 4.30 am, there was no one around and the office opened at 5.30 am and I got my boarding passes without any hassle. So we spent one hour in the cold winter morning for no reason whatsoever.
