We reached the place at about 7 pm. At the reception the person told us that there was no such booking. When I showed him the email copy, he called up the number on the email, spoke to that person and then agreed to give us the room. We have never stayed in a dirtier room than what wss provided to us. We had a look at 3 rooms and chose the least dirtiest. The bedsheets and the pillows looked like they hadn't been washed for days on end. The bathroom had a foul smell. The person at the counter was not able to guide us properly regarding the Tiger Safari that I had booked online. He told us that people stand in a queue at 4.30 am at the forest office to collect their boarding passes. However, when we reached the forest office at 4.30 am, there was no one around and the office opened at 5.30 am and I got my boarding passes without any hassle. So we spent one hour in the cold winter morning for no reason whatsoever.

We stay hear first week of fab it was imaging experience food was very delicious and homely and grnary was very actrtiv and rooms are very clean and spasias god hospitality I like so much this place and I recommend to my friends for the stay hear. And the managers are very helpful always and it's memorable trips

I came last morning here, hotel over all vry good, staff, rooms are vry clean specious atmosphere, food is also nice n drinks also available so u can hav ur fav brand with dinner n njy ur stay, n u can get to meet monkeys also lively place Loved the stay

Nice hotel in an exciting area. It's almost as when we chased Russian uboats in the 80's, we saw subs everywhere, here Tigers are omnipresent! Unfortunantly, and to no fault of the hotel, we saw no real Tigers (nor subs for that matter ). The hotel is good, not great. It delivers at expected level. Upside nice gin tonics in the garden. Rooms are nice: huge bed. Still upset with our group tip to the porters ( which is common ) and our porters attempt and ensuing discontent with not geting a tip from us.

Fantastic place to stay, very clean, lush green and too comfortable. The staff was very courteous and was available for tourists with a smile on their face day and night. Very much attentive staff and were taking care of each and every tourist. Far from the reach of any noise and very close to wilderness. Absolutely peaceful. Literally the tourists were pampered by the staff. I am extremely satisfied. Now comes the most important part, Mr. Nagendra Singh ji (General Manager) was taking care of every tourist at resort personally and much more important, he did what he has committed. Putting in his efforts he helped me all the way through to book two fantastic safari as desired by me. A big thanks to Mr. Nagendra ji, Mr. Chandra Prakash ji and their team for this wonderful experience. Nothing is exaggerated what i have stated, this is what i have actually experienced. Will definately suggest ranthambore tourists to opt for this place.
